Very informative but you should do more machines. I used to weight lift alot and took weight training in high-school but most was free weights and with being young you don't really care but the older I get the more I ache so proper knowledge is nice lmao
Don’t know if this will still be useful, but I’d you want to lose fat, a healthy balance between dieting, cardio, and weight training will make a significant improvement. Your diet is the most essential part of weight loss, but a list of people get intimidated and overwhelmed with all of the content surrounding dieting. Just keep it simple. Cut out the foods that are obviously bad like soda, sugary drinks, fried foods, candy, chips, and other snack food. Eat more fruit, vegetables, and protein and you will definitely see improvement.
