We've done this journey many times when visiting my wife's family in Kolkata. I love the city so much! The development is on such a massive scale and shows how fast the Indian economy is growing. I love the part near the beginning of the video when the hand cart cuts across the highway. Only in India!
I only commented on the fact of the growth in the Indian economy. I did not mention the moral duties that derive from that growth. The increasing wealth must be distributed more fairly and that means education for all, health care for all and the other things that you mention.
Just imagine there is no metro railway bridge 3.5 yrs back only pillars and now bridge is complted and many new building. Things have widely changed in just 3.5 yrs, thats too in Kolkata

This is a bare fact that the New Town today is finest place to live awesome atmosphere and the facilities for the citizens to having a great staying
