Hello again. Hope doing well. I have so many questions... but I will do one.. If you have 1-2 NEW creatives for a product you already advertise how would you use them? Inside an existing campaign with a new adset or inside an adset as a new creative? Or making a new campaing? New creatives are similar with the existing ones but perhaps they. will try to catch more clicks+conversions. In general how do you handle new creatives?? Thanks again about your interesting content! Keep dooing it
Hi. So you can do both for different reasons. In first option since they are same product (and same concept I guess) you can add them on the existing campaign on the ad level and see if they take budget. You are risking of losing your campaign or the ads not taking any budget in the best case scenario as a risk. In the second case that I would prefer you can do a new campaign but you risk to canibalize the first (daily loop theory). In other works no pain no gain. There is always risk involved.
If you use catalog ads in your asc+ campaigns. Are you using the carousel or the collection ad format? What format works better for you?And what is the maximum number of ads you would recommend for a daily budget of 140 euros?
Number of ads on asc is 5 to 10. On CBO it depends on Average CPP. Carousels work better but the single is also good. Now on BF dont forget to use frames for BF catalog ads 😀
Hi Konsantinost, great video. Your videos were the turnaround for our business and ever since we've started learning from you we've seen great success! We have both BFCM & Evergreen campaigns, and all of them are doing great! 3.5+ ROAS when breakeven is 2.0. My question is, how do we know the proper amount for scaling for BFCM campaigns? And do we touch the evergreen ones? Just worried not to break the campaigns before BFCM
The ad account experience and many black Fridays is what will make you spend as much as you should. For now just use the rule of being more aggressive from what you would be on a non black Friday period. Be afraid less in other words or even not at all in this period. You have a lot of room from 3,5 to 2. Black Friday is different. Just go for it. You will always have the feeling on Monday or Tuesday that you should have spend more. Just dont do all these things on other periods :)
Thanks for the great value as always! Would love to hear some details on the multiple campaigns strategy, how you structure campaigns when testing creatives with broad targeting vs multiple audiences. The audiences you test and how you test them. Your preferred ad inputs, number of headlines and primary texts, and whether you use single or flexible ads. I know we have to test ourselves as each account is different, but some guidance on what’s worked for you could really help us execute the strategy effectively. Thanks!
I have replied in the videos to all that. So in each ad account you test budgets, numbers of adsets targeting etc. After some results you work with the 1 variable rule. You do only change one thing at a time. For instance if you have found the targeting, number of adsets and budget on a CBO structure then you do your tests with that changing only the creatives each so that you can know that if it doesent work it is the creatives. About flexible ads I dont use them, in all of my tests they did bad. Same thing on advantage audience. Will stay away from those for some time till they are going to be ok, cause eventually they are going to work. About ads I do use 3-5 ads per adset or 5-10 ads on ASC. Headlines and copies I dont care so much I do use from 1 to 5 ( I prefer 5) depending what the client has. This is a small but not detailed summary I guess you need to see my videos for everything.
@ Thanks a lot, but if I’m targeting broad, the adsets within the CBO will just have different creatives right? Like 4 broad adsets, each with different set of creatives? Thanks!
I've gone from being stuck at $700/day budget with a 1 campaign set up to right now spending 6.5k/day thanks to you Konstantinos! If my BF offer is killing it and all ads doing super well, should i just let them run all the way to Xmas? and just get some new xmas ads with the same offer on?
To me multiple campaigns work better but we need to listen and observe what works also for other people. The most important is to analyze why ti worked. Some people will do let the BF ads up to Xmas. What I will do is new ads for Xmas without any fear closing bf ads cause first of all I will abuse them a lot with scaling and secondly I will have all my evergreen inflated anyway as a stable base.
i dont know and i defiantly dont have the experience but sabotaging a winning ad set - creative sounds very wrong. I test creatives in batches of 3 (3 new creatives in 1 ad set x5 sets) and then i create a new campaign with the remaining 2 creatives that didint had there opportunity. Thats what helped me scale i cant imagine throwing new creatives in an existing winning campaign, sounds terrifying
I feel you I also like to work like this but we do need to see what others also do (if it works) and maybe learn something that will make our strategy better. Im not saying that I will end up doing 1 or 2 campaigns per account but we can learn algo and ad behaviours and analyze why it worked for them if it worked.
Dear Konstantinos! Great debate. I have a question about a weird scenario that never happened to me before and thats why I ask here what you think: I got around 6 campaigns running on 200-500 dollar budget and normally performance is quite average and yesterday above average. For today it looks like this which confused me: after 60% spend of the day I have one campaign on a 5 ROAS and the rest on 0.6 ROAS. ALL OF THEM Im thinking of giving them room to breath and reduce the budgets by 50% in midnight and let them rest till wednesday (mo,tue is normally bad days for me). Looking forward what would you do in this situation. Thank you in advance. Greetings!
Yes. Most of the time people that have 1 account get paranoid on bad days. For me that I see 40+ accounts it is easier to see if it is across the board or just one account. This is what you are missing.

Or a crazy method with same ads per adset.

Greetings!
I dont think that in FB ads you should take decisions during the day or based on 1 day or even worse half day.
@ so better to look at the whole overview of data (3 days, 7 days) to gather a better picture.
I see thank you, was just overthinking
Yes. Most of the time people that have 1 account get paranoid on bad days. For me that I see 40+ accounts it is easier to see if it is across the board or just one account. This is what you are missing.
In Greece we say one=none
In army also!!
1 campaign, no campaign my friends😄😂. Let’s just shut our businesses down and go to the new trend “NO Campaign Accounts!” New Meta rollout 2025!
They do have some point though we have to hear out if something works even in 1 account 😄😂
