Maybe it's me but I didn't get the $1.5m vibe from this house as compared to other homes you've shown. Perhaps it's because this one is not as updated as the others so the fixtures and style caught me off guard.
That home in Lilburn was gorgeous though.

Jesus take the wheel as I am just a mere peasant trying to navigate 😅. This home is spectacular and before I begin speaking about the home, I just want to mention that 1.75 acre of land here in California is 1.35 million dollars and home isn't included, that is extra.
Now to this spectacular home that would represent my hard work. A brick home is want I'm lòoking for and the porch is amazing. Every room in this beauty is breathtaking
The urinal in the half bath is a thoughtful touch. Basement left me speechless as I would be able to cancel my gym membership because there is a gym at home. What!!! home theater. The backyard looks peaceful. I definitely like the covered deck and the sound of the water in the heated pool, I had to stop the video so I could go back and listen a couple of times. This video is being saved to my email for future reference. Thanks for sharing and showing that in Georgia this home would be possible for me as opposed too the home being out of range here in California due to the asking price would be around 4 million ( yep, true story) or more.
The good news is my salary will remain the same regardless of state ( I checked) Will be visiting Georgia later this year just to look around. I'll be in touch.
