Gomathi's kitchen TH-cam channel. First of all the voice & diction is very well done. I have been visiting many food channels and finally I got an authentic voice & delivery. Secondly, the presentation was excellent. Whether the utensils used, or the lighting, camera angle etc., are well planned and presented. Thirdly, the knowledge of the presenter in my view is commendable. Naturally, the outcome was excellent albeit one has to taste it. Idli's are fluffy and mouth watering. Kuruma's taste should be excellent as one can see it. I will be requesting my wife to do it ASAP! Well done!!

hi i dont get the idly/dosa batter fermented in europe. since you are in US how do you manage fermenting in cold weather? pls provide tips.
In winter, I keep the batter inside the oven with the lights on. Alternatively, you can preheat the oven on warm mode for 15 minutes, then keep the batter in. Just make sure to switch off the oven after the 15 minutes.
