of course lil baby is on drakes side. a lot of the atlanta rappers are trying to get in his good graces... its funny how drake fans try to use the allegiance with atlanta that he has to rebuttle the colonizer line not realizing the entire bar is was for them too or at least the ones who still side with him. in fact lets go back to the line itself: "The settlers was usin' townfolk to make 'em richer". have you ever though about how the settlers were able to do that? its simple, the townfolk they chose were getting richer as well while putting their own people on the backend. the townfolk or in this case atl rappers are basically sell outs for greed, corruption, and power. this is also kendrick calling out the "drake stimulus package" its like when a politician takes dark money under the table from rich or powerful people to create policies that make things worse for the average person while they all benefit of the backend. atl rappers look at the "drake stimulus", the benefits given from it, and completely throw out any reason to be creative or innovative. essentially creating this culture in atl rap where its simply about money and numbers instead of making quality music like they did before the money came in. to put it short, drake did "colonize" atl rap in the sense. the same way he made it to make it the same lackluster fast food commercialization of it where they just stick to anything that is popular and makes them money. they have no reason to make good music because they know as long as their names are attached to a project people will listen. thats why as fantastic said you get the same features and style that has taken over the past 5 or so years with little to no innovation or change at all. it sucks because what they dont realize is people are bored of them, their tired of the same uninspiring and uncreative bland music they have been making over and over again. their realization that putting in the bare minimum or lazy gimmicks isnt going to work anymore is what has them terrified, its why they dont like someone like a kendrick or tyler. people like them ruin their easy cash flow, they have to discredit that side of hiphop because then people would want to listen to something that actually has depth and meaning. not just slapping young thug, future, and drake on a record just to get an easy hit song. this also applies to someone like ian, opium(ken carson, destroy lonely, etc.), ice spice, etc. they have to do more work and they absolutely despise it, it sucks because i dont think they are incapable of innovating they are just too lazy to do so. but to me, it once again adds on why what kendrick did was important. people seen they have been getting played in terms of music quality with rap with how alot of the media, influencers, etc watering it down to easy cash grabs. if i were any of these guys i would really take the time to make sure whatever comes out next is their best because if not i dont see their careers lasting any longer if not.
lil baby - the bigger picture was top tier and praised by damn near everyone even news outlets reported on how good it is and then this fool said "this aint my style of music i aint makin conscious rap anymore " smh and his album with durk was dope too but cause durk has other concepts and topics for songs so it forced him to expand.

I just seen it 😮
Does lil baby know he just put out the most mid album of 2025 so far?? And will be doing so again in a couple weeks??
I swear these videos are just 1 sentence drawn out for 10 minutes but ima watch anyway
STAY ON STREAM 😈 😂😂😂
At least JA RULE went out swinging
Did he just started getting sponsored? I noticed him doing an ad in the video, and I’m wondering if I’ve just always missed those.
lil baby talking about Kdot is like a bench warmer talking about Tom Brady....
This man speaks about Lawbrey with the tone of a disappointed father 😂
I’ve followed Kendrick since the beginning of time. ❤❤
That 3 min ad is too much
I subscribed 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Kai Cenat is 12. Idgaf what he says
He gotta go with Aubrey
I feel like a lot of rappers are mad that there is going to be a shift, but I also feel like there are a lot of OG's that are happy about that
I'm confused. Kendrick compliments this man and then he tries to diss him? Weird way of daying thanks but mkay 😂
aye aura sponsorship get ur bag gang
Kendrick, Tyler and Eminem all had a great 2024! It’s like Eminem is in a different rap category.. 😂😂
I feel like this dude is AI, no cap. Dude never changes how he speaks, ever. The consistency is real.
Rap always changes. The choppy flow auto tune era had its run its course its time for something different.
Kendrick glazing at 💯
I enjoyed lil baby but siding with drake is just 🤢
😂 I cant.
Lil baby is this generation memphis bleek ( Jay z proteges)
We all remember the diss track Nas came back against him
Kendrick is outside and putting more boogers (green emeralds) in his chain and diamonds in his crown. A wise OG stated a Chrysler 300 LOOKS like a Bentley UNTIL a BENTLEY pulled up!
Wow I came to the comments and yall got it under control😂#watchthepartydie
Lil' Baby better stick to bunny hopping with Meek for Michael Rubin.
There’s 20 people marching on top of the ad they dropped today there’s 19 people tht got into the plane on the Chromakopia tour video add Tyler Thts 20 👀
of course lil baby is on drakes side. a lot of the atlanta rappers are trying to get in his good graces... its funny how drake fans try to use the allegiance with atlanta that he has to rebuttle the colonizer line not realizing the entire bar is was for them too or at least the ones who still side with him.
in fact lets go back to the line itself: "The settlers was usin' townfolk to make 'em richer". have you ever though about how the settlers were able to do that? its simple, the townfolk they chose were getting richer as well while putting their own people on the backend. the townfolk or in this case atl rappers are basically sell outs for greed, corruption, and power. this is also kendrick calling out the "drake stimulus package"
its like when a politician takes dark money under the table from rich or powerful people to create policies that make things worse for the average person while they all benefit of the backend. atl rappers look at the "drake stimulus", the benefits given from it, and completely throw out any reason to be creative or innovative. essentially creating this culture in atl rap where its simply about money and numbers instead of making quality music like they did before the money came in.
to put it short, drake did "colonize" atl rap in the sense. the same way he made it to make it the same lackluster fast food commercialization of it where they just stick to anything that is popular and makes them money.
they have no reason to make good music because they know as long as their names are attached to a project people will listen. thats why as fantastic said you get the same features and style that has taken over the past 5 or so years with little to no innovation or change at all. it sucks because what they dont realize is people are bored of them, their tired of the same uninspiring and uncreative bland music they have been making over and over again.
their realization that putting in the bare minimum or lazy gimmicks isnt going to work anymore is what has them terrified, its why they dont like someone like a kendrick or tyler. people like them ruin their easy cash flow, they have to discredit that side of hiphop because then people would want to listen to something that actually has depth and meaning. not just slapping young thug, future, and drake on a record just to get an easy hit song. this also applies to someone like ian, opium(ken carson, destroy lonely, etc.), ice spice, etc.
they have to do more work and they absolutely despise it, it sucks because i dont think they are incapable of innovating they are just too lazy to do so. but to me, it once again adds on why what kendrick did was important. people seen they have been getting played in terms of music quality with rap with how alot of the media, influencers, etc watering it down to easy cash grabs. if i were any of these guys i would really take the time to make sure whatever comes out next is their best because if not i dont see their careers lasting any longer if not.
The fact that he's one of the "Lils" and choice "baby" to follow that up has kept me from wanting to hear his music at all.
lil baby - the bigger picture was top tier and praised by damn near everyone even news outlets reported on how good it is and then this fool said "this aint my style of music i aint makin conscious rap anymore " smh and his album with durk was dope too but cause durk has other concepts and topics for songs so it forced him to expand.
lil baby? a michael ruben party vip? yea idgaf what he say
It’s 2025 let the beef go 😭😭😭
Only rapper that can compete is Eminem 😂 even 25 years in the game and he's still keeping up with kdot crazy
