those places, those mountains, combined with freerunning ! So cool Chase!
The world we live in is a beautiful place and people like you 3RUN guys go to show that within this world, you can do extraordinary things.
I miss New Zealand. I spent three months there on a personal exploration holiday. I learned a lot about people, the different cultures that you can find there, about a different nature, and I learned a lot about myself. If you ever find yourself in Auckland, get in touch with the parkour group there (Auckland Parkour on facebook), some amazing people who know some great spots. They helped me progress in my wall runs and precisions, were ever eager to welcome knew people into the parkour community, couldn't wait to show me about, and they were just some great people to be around. There's also a group in Wellington, whom I did not have the privilege to run with (Wellington NZ Parkour and Freerunning on Facebook), but I've seen their footage on youtube, and they know some great spots as well (plus, there's no shortage of great spots in Wellington. Just go to the docks, and explore around the museum). If you ever find yourself at hot water beach, try digging a natural hot tub at night. When the sky is clear, the stars are breathtaking, and there were bio-luminescent creatures in the water that would wash up on the beach, like another starry sky laid out before you in the water. They're not as bright as the ones you see in pictures from Thailand, but bright enough you can see them. Just lay back in the hot water and take in the beauty even present at night. Also, make sure you hit up Cathedral Cove at Ha Hei, it's not far from hot water beach.
I could go on about stuff to do in New Zealand, as there is no shortage, and in my three months there I still didn't even see half of it! I def need (and am planning) to do a year long trip there. The people live up to their reputation of friendliness, the country is beautiful and diverse, and my three months there were all too short. If you ever get the chance, go! If you don't get the chance, make one! You won't regret it.

Chase, we don't get that many international freerunning professionals come to visit here in NZ, I think you might have actually been the first pro to make it here.. You could at least train with the locals for just one day, we need some one like you to inspire us to the next level. I have wanted someone like you to come here for so long!! And then i didn't even get to train with you..
But yeah, cool nature I suppose..
