@@AhmedTaha-wk6gn I wish it did but thanks for clarifying...how big is this thing really, I’m on payment plan till end of year and trying to plan for space for its arrival
@@josephvono952 Chris knows that I don’t display my statues yet so it is back in the boxes, but I remember measuring it was height 30” depth 31” width 42” just give it plus minus 1 inch in case I wasn’t accurate enough. It requires huge amount of display area and please make sure to carefully bring the pieces all close to eachother after having each piece installed separately. All parts fits smoothly and perfectly just be extra carefull due the weight as it is pretty heavy. No assembly catalogue is available so follow XM assembly video that Chris once shared on the channel. I wish it arrives safely and you will love every second of it trust me. The video doesn’t give it 50% justice of what this thing really is.
Very pricey overall, but given the detail and the number of characters, the price makes sense. The figures are huge- and Darkseid makes an incredible center piece. The face sculpts aren't super, but the body sculpts look great, and with so much to look at, it's forgiveable. The gun lights up- didn't see it light in the video. Green Lantern's ring effect feels like some kind of transclucent resin. The big love of this piece for me ar the capes! Great sculpts, excellent colors, and they add so much motion to the diorama. My one caveat is it's porcelain, and feels way more delicate than a resin or polystone piece. Batman's fingers broke off while I was trying to adjust the gun- I was not prepared for that. And a small piece of the rebar was already broken when I took the base out of the box. Overall, I'm glad I got it, because it definitely gives a lot to look at. Obviously, it's not the same as having a stand-alone piece for people that have a favorite character. But since I'm not a huge DC fan, but kove JLA, this was a must have for me. I love seeing these guys work together.
Thanks Ahmed for the video and congratulations on getting this piece. I think the price is about right for the size of this diorama, the paint and details are great and 1/6 scale is right for this piece.
Thanks for another great, well-presented review! Can’t wait to get mine! Ive been following this piece since 2018. I was debating between this or the X-Men v Sentinels diorama (only have the room for one). But the X-Men diorama only had the B-list heroes so that tipped the scale for me. 🤓
Looks incredible and takes me back to the original Kenner figures I had as a kid in the mid-80s, other than Batman being the Bronze Age version in that line which I would have preferred to see on this. The defeated charachter that I don't recognize on the ground at Darkseid's feet seems like an odd choice as well. Can anyone tell me who that is?
It is a really impressive diorama. Very dynamic and i could see this being a collection centrepiece. That said, personally i wouldn't buy this, since i don't have the space but huge congrats to Ahmed. Darkseid, The Flash and Martian Manhunter look awesome. As far as Superman and Batman, they are OK but for almost 3k i would expect better. But overall, it is a really nice piece from XM.
It's a pretty cool piece but the water is weak and Darkseid himself is over scaled compared with the JLA figures. Martian Manhunter is probably the best of the figures with Batman being the worst, they're all a bit average to be honest. Darkseid's minion is a pointless addition. When these things get so big they can look a bit 'toy like'. As I say, It looks pretty cool but from a displayability point of view It's wiser to invest in individual statues of each character rather than this inferior offering.
Darkseid can change his body size. But yeah Batman is weak looking as far as detail and pose goes. He should have been leaping throwing a bomb type bataring. The piece also looks small for the price that is. Yes it’s large but the individual pieces are action figure style. You might as well get the McFarlane figures and pose and make a diorama of this. I’m not saying this is not a great looking piece it looks great but the price for this I don’t know. I’m a dc fan but the X-men vs the sentinel looks better.
@@dadarkknight36310 He certainly didn't do that when he faced off against Galactus or in Kirby's New Gods so I'm guessing It's an ability he rarely uses. I certainly agree regarding the Mcfarlane figures!
Badass.... would have been cool if Man hunter was shown phasing through Darkseid or something... of course that’s easy for me to say😂. XM always does rock formations really well. Maybe Darkseid eyes should have flowed red to show beginnings of his Omega beams. Awesome piece nonetheless
This seems to be sort of inspired from Geoff Johns JL Origin story arc.But in that Cyborg was present, but it is great that in this statue it is the Martian manhunter since he is one of the iconic Justice league members atleast in comics
Dope but from a distance it looks like a toy display ( don't get that feel with the XM sentinel dio? ..My biggest problem with this piece is superman pose looks wack to me..
Best diorama XM have done thus far. Great dynamic poses but that price point is hard to swallow and some of the figures feel toyish. Probably down to XM's style of painting/shading.
It's quite impressive. If one had the room for it, it would make an amazing display. For 3K, though, I'd want the face sculpts and paint to look less toy-like. If they'd put the same level of detail into the individual JLA members that they put into the base, I'd like it more. Also, I don't understand the purpose of the dead (?) guy in the green suit.
Great statue, I would have liked DARKSEID and SUPERMAN more ( maybe a little less expensive), but WOW for that amount of money how many TWEETERHED Super Power Collection Maquettes could I buy? As I say, as long as (fans) buying at these exaggerated prices, these companies will NOT stop to raise them
Who's the dead guy? An Alantian soldier? Is that what that gun that Batman is holding is? An Alantian gun? For 3K, nope. I'm a DC collector and I wouldn't pay 3K for this. It's a cool concept but misses the mark when you consider the price.
Generic representation of JLA members. It has the feel of standard, plastic figures. Everything is too shiny. Overblown representation along with ridiculous, overblown price. Also, it's one of those pieces that viewed from the front you lose the water effect of the Aquaman's section and whatever Green Lantern is doing since his back is facing us. I bet that each character has its own section of the base and must be put together to form entire presentation. Meaning also that shipping is going to be through the roof for such a humongous piece. Just my opinion.
You hit it right on the head. I could not put my finger on it. It’s a great piece but for the price it’s not doing it. What catches you is really the fact that it has all the members fighting but other than that. This looks like a piece that could be made cheaper by dc collectible if they were still running. Like for wings at the supers vs darkseid. The dark knight returns Batman vs Superman pieces they did.
@@dadarkknight36310 You're absolutely on the money that DC collectibles would it made it better and cheaper and they've done just that in the past. They've even made bookends that remind me of this statue which are more impressive in my opinion for a fraction of the cost. I don't like this trend these new companies are pushing. I always wonder who their target audience is especially in a pandemic and with people who are out of work and are just trying to put food on the table. It just boggles my mind that anyone would shell out $3000+ shipping. I've been collecting for 30 years and never got close to spending that kind of money for any of my Bat high end collectibles.

I don't think the scale on this one really matters, it's not part of a set so it can really be any scale that it needs to be as a stand alone piece.
Batman looks so off. Impressive piece overall though.

Look dope but too much overpriced the details are not there for the pricepoint i would not pay more than 1300 usd for this at max
