Parkour Tutorial: Step Vault

The most common parkour starter move is the step vault!
It is also known as the safety vault.
It is a very simple skill to learn and can be done almost anywhere.
However it is still worth starting slowly to figure out the balance and hand placement.
Variations to try:
Left hand
Right hand
Faster
On a higher wall
Reverse (entering the vault backwards)
