I bought this bike in 2023 Bosch Smart System in Canada. It’s a great bike but there’s one issue. After the second day the Intuvia 100 would no longer connect to the controller. My bike shop was very accommodating, and after several attempts to repair the problem, no luck. I was able to return it and buy another Moustache full suspension. It also gave me the same problem as the first one. Now they’re installing the Kiox 300 to my bike. I believe Bosch system definitely has a communication problem between the controller and the display. I’ll know in a few weeks if it works. If not, I will buy a different brand of bike like the Cube Katmandu 625.

I hope it has resolved itself with the Kiox 300. It is such a lovely bike to ride :)
