Hey there, just wanted to talk about AP Bel Veth again, with a125 AP ratio on W and 100 AP ratio on R damages, 90 AP ratio on R healing. I swear it works !

@@apollyon4529 Great ! I played it mid, it's really strong in lane since you can Q in W and then Q out, it's kinda safe. It's powerful in teamfights providing you get a reset of your ult, to do a massive AoE oneshot to the ennemy team. The only weakness of the pick is that it cannot solocarry unless you're mejai 25. Got m7 Bel veth only by playing her midlane !
I’ve also tried it a few times. Aram and normal games. Honestly a surprising fun and decent build. You got some surprising burst with w and q, assuming you don’t get blown up before you can use r it does give a nice second wind with the healing.
You might think she has only 1 40% AP scaling, but actually her Q also counts as a tentacle and get the scaling.

And her w calls down a tentacle to attack the target so you can say that it has the ratio too, as well as the e since tentacles automatically target the soul, and the ult spawns more tentacles and makes them slam so in actuality all her abilities have the ap ratio :)
@@kevinbutkevin5561well the E doesn’t scale directly off of AP. It’s a basic attack with either a lunge or a windup, then any AP scaling is based on how many tentacles slam them.
6:05 there's something uniquely funny about Dabuin inputting a sound byte to make a (presumably ordinary player) sound cocky and then adds a sound byte to show just how much he missed. Mans gave him both the set up and the fall

You know, I wonder how well an Illaoi yorick botlane would go. Illaoi lands her E, they chunk out the clone with their auto resets, and Yorick lands his e while they're slowed.
I had a Darius Illaoi botlane once.
It was hell.
I went Illaoi support when I got autofilled once. Took E first and just told my ADC to harass that. Once we could break it they'd be stuck dodging tentacles. I rushed Moonstone and told them to stand next to me and fight to the death every time we're ganked at 6. We absolutely crushed it when they tried to 3v2 us, lol.
Still ignoring this old man? Back in my days we rode horses to school for 3 hours, and this generation is ignoring us.

Illaoi’s base stats are really good as a juggernaut, and also you forget her healing scales mostly off hp, not her damage

That Donkey Kong cut was cash, lol. But yeah, no lie, sometimes I'll actually build Hourglass on Illaoi (I one trick her) just to completely shutdown the all in R spam of a 1v5 when I'm splitting. It's HILARIOUS, lol. Grab a spirit, ult as they're all jumping on me, Hourglass as they're trying to R combo/CC chain me, then just come out swinging, lol. SO many times I've sat there and had them standing around while the tentacles just wreck on auto-pilot. Good times.

Memes aside, because of the AP scaling, you can buy a single AP item like Liandry's or Demonic Embrace and not feel bad for it while still building raw AD next to it
Because the trick to a true ap illaoi is to build Liandrys, since everytime you basic attack the spirit it applies the burn

Riftmaker feels so goddamn good on Illaoi. Going Black Cleaver into Riftmaker lets you 1v9 harder in the mid and late game than any of the bruiser mythics imo.
