l made it tonight and it was really good. Thanks for keeping it simple and not talking too much - l learned more from visual cues why mine has never been this clean. Obviously this is not one of those recipes to which you add pasta water - it works better with well drained pasta. The type of pan, the amount of heat and especially oil was interesting. Plus, clearly, seafood needs to be drained. Thanks for the lesson

its not a marinara sauce... no italiani "/ tomatoes, onion, garlic,basil, olive oil, salt, ground black pepper, sugar (its like a cherry on tthe top) and pecorino or reggiano, grana padano :P
