I had commented on your last video about returning the M2 Pro I just bought, and I think this video has convinced me! Have you noticed if it stays just as quiet and cool (temperature-wise) as the M1 Pro? I'm loving how the M1 Pro never makes noise and never gets too warm (for the basic photo editing that I do)
Yes! Please do a vid on migrating to a new machine! I purchased an M1 on Jan 5th and just transferred from my 2014 iMac and it was very painful! I’ve already returned the m1 and the M2 is due at my house soon. I’m not looking forward to setting up the new machine.

I find it very un-Apple-like that they didn't change the box cover to match the new wallpaper. I can lose sleep over something important!
I forgot to mention that! I HATE the 2021 wallpaper and the new one is much better.

Just ordered mine this past weekend. Can’t wait! Upgrading from a 2013 Mac Mini with an old i7 processor.
Finally Apple doesn't mess around with the design. Just leave it be and give us more power.

Why did you go for the silver instead of space grey? I’m torn between these two colors. Any suggestions please.
I used space grade for years now I just like the silver it feels more nostalgic and clean

Please do an SSD speed test. An Italian review said the base model 512GB SSD is half the speed of the previous model (~3000mbps instead of ~6000)

@@jhanboktor1777 for basic photo and video editing the normal m2, even the m1 is just fine. M2 pro is more efficient, so better battery performance
