Bell 47 G-2 Flight Instruction - Helicopter Spotting!

Mario Werth instructs a new student on flying the classic Bell 47 G-2 helicopter. Filmed at Bob Sikes Airport in Crestview, FL. No music, just Bell! (And the occasional airplane..) Helicopter Spotting!
Excuse the jittery picture. This footage was shot off-hand with a nonstabalized 300mm lens, then stabilized in Adobe Premiere CC. I hope to get a better lens in the future, but currently lack the funds! In time.

I always wanted to fly/ own a Bell 47. My favorite scene in Smokey and The Bandit is the Bell 47 scene near the end. and the pilot says.... "Paydirt. I just picked up the Bandit eastbound on 95.". I love that!!!!

They were once used for ab initio pilot training at Redhill Aerodrome here in the UK. I recall walking down a country road one balmy Summer, & hearing the whistle & engine noise of a Bell 47g as it hopped over the hedge right by me. Unforgettable.

Nasir Ramli This is not a 'SOLOY.' This Bell 47G-2 has the original piston engine. The SOLOY is a turbine conversion.

In kenya in 80s&90it was breathing seeing this during safari rally competition.the chopper will aper from nowhere the the cars will emach from dust.and covered with mudy.
