Mechanics are fine, you guys need to get over your tilt crutch and adjust to the duel jutsu system.. also the new EMS Sasuke actually had a few nice upgrades over this one.😊
Sasuke EMS in S3 was a manga addition to the Game, same as Naruto Kurama mode. In that time, they didn't planned a moveset for the characters. Storm Revolution is the "cannon" version of Kurama mode Naruto and EMS Sasuke.

@@TheAvenger732 and now he's a better support than ever with his Tilt becoming a second jutsu for use in supports lmao. So many characters got a second breath of life with the second jutsu. Look at Jiraiya who was arguably the lowest tier character in the entire game. Still low tier overall, but his second jutsu being a ranged option with aerial versions is a big upgrade for him both as a main and as a support. Shame they didn't buff his utterly useless slow running, tiny range Rasengan in any way lmao
