This is one of those Sharingan things in the manga that was potentially overpowered but was thrown aside in exchange for OTHER overpowered Sharingan ridiculousness.

Which I don't understand why that ability is not in storm 4 or any of them that would have been perfect because they already used the sharingan when they're in rage mode most other sharingan users and how they got that you can choose to special moves during rage mode that should have been one of them for the sharingan users depending on the sharingan user that you havelike for instance if you have kid Sasuke or Obito when you use their rage mode if a person attacks you with an ultimate you should be able to use some type of counter during the rage mode to use their ultimate jutsu to against them but while you're in rage movie you can still copy their taijutsu moves that would have been so creative and raw for storm 4
All naruto storm are bad written. Tsunade activate her seal mark and dont heal anything. Medical ninjas has no abilities to heal own hp. Theres no Sharingan copy jutsus, theres bunch of uninteresting characters and they dont put shizune, kurenai and anko in the game, lots of moves could be better, lots of ultimates modes could be better, lots of ultimate could be better

Sasuke, with his incomplete two tomoe Sharingan, cannot copy Kekkei Genkai jutsus( Not even with a complete Sharingan or Mangekyou Sharingan cannot copy Kekkei Genkai jutsus),Sharingan cannot copy jutsus in which the user does not have elemental affinity(Kakashi can replicate several jutsus because his chakra encompasses five elements, whereas Sasuke only possesses Fire and Lightning elements. Additionally, Sasuke is unable to copy complex secret jutsus, such as Edo Tensei, or summoning jutsus that require a blood contract with the summoning animal. The only jutsus Sasuke could potentially copy with his incomplete two tomoe Sharingan are Tenten's ninja weapon techniques. However, he would need to possess numerous ninja weapons to accurately replicate the jutsu. He may also be able to mimic certain aspects of Rock Lee's Taijutsu.

I want It so bad a reboot of 2d ultimate ninja. It was simples yet so Fun, and the ultimates actually were AMAZING to watch repeatedly. Just compare a character like Ino for example, his UJ in storm os Just a kick in the face whereas in these older games she exploded a gazillion paper bombs in the face of opponent :/
