      Same here…I see 2 type of people on the court..who are very good at playing good at smashing and have good technique but always tense..face shows all..and other type who may or may not be good but having fun.

    이런플레이는 전적으로 전위의 움직임이 중요함. !!!전위가 상대의 수비가 짧은지, 긴지 파악!!!해서 앞을 막아주거나(긴리턴), 뒷사람이 들어오면서 공격하도록 길을 열어주어야(짧은리턴) 뒷사람이 편하게 들어올 수 있음. 전위가 계속 생각하면서 후위를 리드해야함.

      코치님이 진짜 너무 잘가르쳐주고 계심... 레슨받는 분들이 열심히하고 계시지만... 이거 하는건 스텝이 아직 많이 부족하신거같아보임 ㅠㅠ 화이팅하시고.. 이런고급레슨... 최고다..

    리턴이 짧아지면 전위가 스매싱하면서 들어오는것을 알고 파트너가 반대편후위로 빠진다.
    계속 긴 리턴이면 후위가 좌우를 다 커버한다.
    내파트너가(후위) 때리는쪽 전위를 내가 커버한다.
    이게 맞나요??글로 좀 써주시면 좋을듯요.

      Look at your opponent's racket in a straight line in front of you. The diagonal is of little importance. Look at the opponent's racket in a straight line at a ratio of 7:3.

      In mixed doubles, the female player must be shaken first. If the female player's position is pushed to a corner, the male player becomes isolated. That's the basics.

    後面的人是要靠近前面的人就好 還是要靠前並且往中線走呢 可是粉碎完 靠中線走去 此時如果對手一樣挑回去同一個位置這樣會來的及嗎

    We can see at times one of the two is struggling to send back to the coach because it is so counter-intuitive to send right on your opponent...

      대부분 하이 클리어로 공이들어오면 후위 공격 전위 방어 를 계속 해주는건지 알았는데 전위가 한번 정도 디펜스 하고 다시 하이클리어로 공이 왔을때 숙이 지 않고 옆으로 빠지는 무슨 전술일까용?
      대회영상에도
      옆으로 빠지기보단 계속 전위에서 커버 해주고 있던데 궁금합니다

      공이 전위 후위 애매하게 짪게 올땐 후위가 전위로 로테이션되고 전위는 옆으로 빠지면서 자연스레 후위로 로테이션 하라는 거군아..

      맞습니다. 그리고 실력이 오를수록 로테이션이 활발해집니다. 선수들은 파트너가 거의 스치듯이 로테이션이 될 정도죠. 왜냐하면 스매시와 리턴이 그만큼 빠르기 때문에 연타를 번갈아 때려야 할 경우가 많기 때문입니다.
      전위는 애매한 코스로 오면 그냥 빠져주는 게 좋습니다. (그게 잘못된 결정일지라도) 후위는 앞을 보면서 플레이하기 때문에 대처가 되거든요. 완벽한 커버도 좋지만 빠른 결정이 파트너에게 더 도움이 된다는 거죠.

    후위에서 공격하는 사람의 볼을 받은 상대편이 리턴으로 짧은 볼을 돌려보냈을 때 후위에서 공격하는사람이 푸시, 드라이브, 스매시 하려고 전위로 들어오고 전위는 이타이밍 잘봐서 아군의 반대 자리로 빠져서 후위가 앞으로 오도록 하는 로테이션 시스템임

    The trainees are tired thats why they made lot of mistakes and cannot speed up. Coach, let them rest first. Of course players should be fit but this is rotation training right? Not a fitness, agility or speed training. They will get the rotation training points easier when they are not exhausted.

      The trainees are fighting hard. But this is the way of Coach Han. It is when you get pushed hard that you come to a point of clarity. The mistakes come again and again and again until you give up... OR... you get tired of repeating the mistake and focus really really hard to not make the mistake again. Unlearning is so much harder than learning. So if there is a bad habit, it is so much harder to change.

    이 로테이션 지난 토욜 레슨받은 내용이네요^^ 뒷사람이 넘 멀리 있어도 찬스볼 잡기가 힘들고 앞사람은 내 파트너가 치고 들어오는 타이밍을 보고 뒤로 빠져서 다시 공격해주는 로테이션을 유지해야 공격권을 유지할 수 있어요~~ 뒤에서 치고 제자리 있다면 효율적인 로테이션이 이뤄질 수 없죠~~ 이런 로테이션레슨은 정말이지 피가 되고 살이 됩니다^^

    When my team is defending and other team clears to back corner , my teammate goes back to hit it (not sure if he will clear or smash YET) …. I should come forward to The “T” every time before his shot ?
    Or wait for his shot then move IF its a smash and stay if it is clear.

      You need to come in front, not just to the "T" but to the side of the T covering your partner, because you will get time to move back if your partner clears the ball, if he hits a smash and the opponent did a short block on the same side, you will never have enough time to reach it.

      @@irresponsibleidiot3748 same situation above my partner smashes it and im at the T where you said to be and the other team does a cross court shot (block or push) to the (middle or far back of the court ) whose responsibility is that from my team? Or does his smash momentum bring him forward while i put push back to the back court player ?
