Solid content. Prospective airline pilots have no excuse for failing in 2025.

Even before listening to all the content in this video, I'd like to compliment everyone involved in improving the CRM, since it's so important to keep people flying safe.

ASP should make an ITA Airways course (one of the most competitive and comprehensive). ITA has the most expert and most well-trained crew in the industry, inheriting the know-how of Alitalia.

      That opinion is VERY subjective...

@ It's really not. It's factual, and not an opinion at all. They are the most well prepared crew ever and you can be in any situation with them and the technicians and crew on ITA will save you, even BA and Lufthansa are very good. Much less on Air france/klm, brussels airlines, or iberia. You can notice that the landings and takeoffs are smoother on Alitalia, and other airlines take off way steeper. Emirates, Etihad, and Qatar are luxurious but their practices are unsafe. Alitalia and now ITA has always been industry leading but ignorant people will criticise freely. Italy has never had a fatal air crash in the last 24 years since the 2001 SAS crash in Linate (which was caused by SAS inexpertise and un-coordination), and for 35 years if you count only Italian-based airlines (since the AZ404 crash in Zurich, 1990). Much different and more recent for France (AF447 in 2009 due to PILOT INEXPERTISE and also many other minor even more recent instances with Air france. It seems their pilots keep having issues, ESPECIALLY with A330-200s and NOT FOLLOWING THE MANUAL !!), KLM just had a hull loss, Spain with Spanair MD80 in Madrid (2008, 154 dead, mechanics did horrible maintenance), and Germany with the infamous Germanwings crash (lack of mental health and safety culture, no control of the company employing a mentally ill pilot, true inexpertise) and Greece with Helios in 2005. Should I go on ?? Because I really can !!!
You don't know anything. Please refrain from replying to my comments because you will make your foolishness publicly known more than you already have.
      Viva l'Italia. ❤️🤍🇮🇹✈️

@ It's not. Look at the facts. All the other major European airlines have had many much worse major crashes in recent years, for example:
Air France - AF447 in 2009 and many more minor instances because their pilots apparently have problems with following instructions
Lufthansa Group - Germanwings crash (lack of mental health culture in the company)
In Spain, Spanair crashed in 2008 due to terrible maintenance from the spanish mechanics. I could go on with other countries.
Maybe the only airlines that can equal the Italians are BA and Swiss. Even emirates, qatar, and etihad cannot, they might be luxurious but their safety practices are terrible... and let's not even talk about the ones from other continents, they are unsafe already because they don't follow all EU regulations even if the fly to the EU.
Alitalia never had these problems, they genuinely have the best trained crew. Alitalia aircraft always takeoff and land extremely smoothly, and my grandfather always said (and I noticed this too btw, it's true !!) that Alitalia aircraft always takeoff so nicely and delicately while other airlines takeoff so steeply and are very clunky. I thank heavens for Alitalia's and now ITA's absolutely great pilots.
The last one for any Italian airline was 35 years ago in Zurich in 1990, and at an Italian airport 24 years ago with SAS in 2001 (due to the inexpertise of the swedish crew) !!!

All the airline you talk about dont hire ICAO pilots, its only applicable for EU pilots.
