That’s so pretty I have two of those same bookshelves. One thing I would do to yours is add a appliqué to the arched area and I would cover the back with wood look contact paper.

I’m a construction engineer & I still make my hubs do any cutting if it requires a handheld tool (vs table saw which I’m comfortable with) or ANY electrical work!! I refuse even tho I know how to do electrical work…no ma’am this chick is NOT about to get electrocuted! Cute bookshelf 😍

OMG, This is Brilliant, that is something that would cost around $400 from like Overstock/wayfair, or something like that, infact, I have a boring expresso cheap looking book case I have in my hallway & I have been dying to spruce it up for a long time, w/out breaking the bank, this is an awesome project, you had a lot of help, always nice to have someone help you!
