Bro I am graduate in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, and get a job opportunity in the RFID field ( Implementation Engineer) . Can you tell me the growth or future in the field.

RFID is a really enjoyable field, but I'll say it is a pretty niche field to specialize in. As an implementation engineer I'm assuming you would be handling on-site RF system installs? As for the growth, the hardware from readers to tags and IC's is getting so much better which is exciting because it allows for more applications that may not have been possible before. Also, NFC is really just getting starting in my opinion especially once we start to implement sensors at the passive level which will feed right into the IoT. I would also add however, as a lone RFID engineer for a mid-sized company, I had a lot of fun innovating and experimenting with the technology as well as helping implement some awesome RF systems at massive well-known companies.
