Memory's of 86/87, Friday, Sat, riding the big met up and down, tagging the fuck out of anything in sight, meeting up with who ever was about, going to the yards, fighting, stealing, getting chased by the BTP, staying out all night walking the tracks, racking paint,Beer, ETC...something to do wasn't it. The golden age, big up to desire, tilt, cast, hyde, set 3,coma, kiss 42,nice1, huz, mane, etc.
I was born in London back in July 1974 where I still live. Because I was born with a disability I had to visit hospitals regularly since birth, for my hospital visits I would always travel on the Underground, so by the time I was 3 years old I had developed a love for the Underground, I absolutely loved the old aluminium coloured Underground trains which I sorely miss. I loved seeing graffiti on the old trains. Unfortunately modern Underground trains look pristine and sterile thus are seriously lacking in character.
these were the good times!! same old kats on those trains bombing, such a great period for underground graffiti, i spent most of 89-90 riding the line pretty much every day and into the night, and early hours (and before anyone gets clever ive done my stint in the slammer) so no good shopping me!! used to run with lots of these kats back in the day, all from different walks of life and all with a different story to tell..fucking loved every minute of it! peace SIGHER THE TROUBLED CHILDREN
around 93-94 was the time i started bombing... always when i watch these era's flicks, makes me want to go timetravel. :S gosh, its been 20fucking years, still having the urge. never stop!

I've still got this on VHS. What are all the old DDS guys up to these days? I remember RATE saying he'd been to prison 10 times for graf, on the 'Kings and Toys' documentary, wasn't it? That's crazy, considering you don't make any money from the crime. It's a bit like football hooliganism.
i feel for u im 15yr older but its changed soooo much since 2002ish it all started and people resisted but they gradually brought in all the surveillance anyway and sold off almost everything to foreign investors.. u could still buy shrooms n ket in camden from 10 different shops until 2001ish i saw it all was too young to try at the time tho.. u go back to early90s and 80s there was no speed cameras no bumps anywhere everyone was free not just the wealthy like these days.. i kinda see it as 2 classes masters and slaves the rich private school types then the 'normal' ppl.. i fully believe brexit was done to trap the poor here so all us younger lot dont run away to Spain or france or sumin now its getting so bad here, the rich are unaffected they can get visa to travel or live anywhere but you need enough savings trapping majority of us here now cos they need us as staff, servants of their coffe, hookers and all the other roles they consider beneath them.. the ulez too dont get me started it such a huuuuuge area no longer can anyone get a nice cheap old car to commute or pick kids up etc like who really can afford brand new especially for young drivers 1st car.. its essentially really badly limiting their freedom to socialise work and live a normal life in general for millions of ppl crazy

The Golden years
the nintys was wicked
I do find it funny tho how most of the time, all u graffiti people went for the Circle Line trains, were they the easiest ones to get to?
During this period, the metropolitan (big Met) was hit in the 80’s but yards became too hot
Wow, London used to be cool! Dude, let them graffiti!
