Jacob and I went to highschool together! I actually never knew any of what he was going through and that makes me sad that we were choir friends and he never got to open up to me about what he was going through. We were both the weird kids in school. Us weird gotta stick together. #keepingitweird
I think you are lying
Jacob is one of the realest ones I’ve seen on the interviews so far. He 100% takes responsibility for his life and circumstances. He doesn’t place blame on anyone and he just seems to take life for what it is. Being the “weird” one is okay, Jacob. You always want to stand out, never be like anyone else because that’s where you mess up 💛 keep being you!!

✨🤓 it’s so hard for the ‘weird kid’ but if only they can make it through the difficult years of high school 12-18 years old I know so many kids that ended up taking their own lives or turning to heavy drugs. There’s room for the unique people in this world. If we were all the same it would be boring. This guy is really likeable. Intelligent & creative I hope he’s life gets better. 🤓✨

If only kids think thought this way. If you a little different, they pick on you. I've just had to remove my daughter from a school and she is tall, slim and pretty. They call her a pig and whale. That's nothing compared to what the other kids are getting. Gald she sticks up for herself and already put a few in their place when they hit her!

My grand daughter is the "weird" kid. She's doing virtual school because of Covid and I'm glad she's home because the bullying was destroying her. I tell her every day how wonderfully weird she is and her favorite thing I tell her is " LET YOUR FREAK FLAG FLY"!!!! Being weird is wonderful sweetie!!!!!!

I stay about 10-15 minutes away from there in a slightly less "rough" part of Philly (if that's even okay to say...)
I've been here 6 months and haven't had many problems... but it's definitely not where I want to be forever 😂

@@IAmEmotive I bet you would like entertaining people in Hawaii! It's so gorgeous there year round! I've watched your videos and your unique style is really amazing! I bet if you contacted a tour company they would hire you to go along with one of their excursions out to Hawaii. Once you got there you could get set up with one of the large tourist hotels on the Big Island of Hawaii, live rent free, and get paid in rent and food! Your tips could go toward extra things like a small car, you don't really even need a car, a scooter gets you all around. Less upkeep too! I wish you the very best and I pray you stay clean and sober 🙏 we out there
@@IAmEmotive Jacob, I have a tough question for you, here goes... If you worked so hard to get your addiction to drugs under control, why in the world would you purposely choose to move into the Country's "Largest Open Air Drug Pit"?
If not to do drugs? Then why? Of all the places in the USA WHY in the world would you cross the country, leaving California and all of those beautiful beaches and beautiful weather to come to the black hole "literally The Black Hole" where there is NOTHING but drugs and addicts? We all know the only reason people go to live in or near Kensington is to do drugs. Why risk your sobriety?
Why stay? What does a place like that have to offer you other than a drug culture.

- When I was in rehab, there was an adage that my Senior Therapist told me. It really, truly stuck with me:
"Wherever you go, there *you* are."
A similarly analogous phrase: "You can take the kid out of the fight, but you can't take the fight out of the kid."
The kid has no more fight. No desire.
There are just as many drugs in San Diego/scattered across Southern California. Of that, I can ASSURE you. Cocaine, cut Molly, H, ketamine, Crack, you name it. All of the same shit, different place. The small-ish city that I come from, Lakeside, California, was actually the meth capital of the entire United States in the 1970's soooooo... yeah. Drugs can be found anywhere by those who are trying to find them.
I also lived in San Diego for over 20 years, and I don't think I ever once in my life willingly went to a beach if I wasn't forced/offered free food... just not my scene 🤷♂️
JUST the murals and hand-painted artwork in Philly is a beauty that makes even the most gorgeous of San Diego sunsets pale in comparison. At least, for now.
But, the ultimate reason I moved out here is for someone I love truly and hold dear to my heart. We met online over 2 years ago, and have been officially dating for close to 6 months. She lives in NJ, just a bridge's-distance away from Philadelphia. She's a gem 😍

Jacob's interview really spoke to me. What a creative and intelligent guy. I subscribed to his channel immediately. I myself dealt with addiction, and I'm a highly creative person. Before your interview even touched on sending him a donation I thought " oh man he likes Bape. I should send him some shoes or something!" I can just FEEL the energy flowing through this guy. Jacob if you see this - just know you can create any existance you want. If you start a Twitch stream, I'll gladly follow! There certainly does seem to be a relationship between drug use
and creative people. So many artists amd writers, even centuries ago, used drugs/alcohol to enhance their art form or to cope with their sensitive natures, or for both reasons.
