I hate it when there's no price tag. We're basically here to know how much it cost and plan ahead.
How is purchase made? Generally in the states, people don’t pay out right for 500k houses unless you are talking about Beyoncé and JAYZ. Most diaspora returning AFRIKANS are not Beyoncé/Jayzs. Most are escaping the oppression with what ever they have.
And generally not a whole lot.
Even for those owning a house, and can sell it to move, they don’t generally have 500k properties.
Who would you like to attract for these properties? I am honestly asking?
Returning home is looking like another $$$$ burden, somehow just doesn’t seem fair.

Nice looking property with potential but I noticed indication of flooding and mold infestation; that could be problematic and quite expensive. There is not an asking price posted

They just build no proper planning. Future doesn’t come into consideration when they build. Hence, waste of land.
Interesting house. I noticed that you had to turn on the lights when it is the day and there is plenty of daylight outside 💁🏾♀️ it's why I cant buy a house in ghana. That and the lack of good landscaping. I know every house has a buyer but again not for me.
Agree... One of my bug bears when it comes to Ghana property..they don't generally make good use of the free sunshine and day light. Houses tend to be dark.. This one is actually one of the better ones I have seen.
Still, I will build rather than buy so I can have lots of floor to ceiling windows and position the house in a way that maximises the use of natural day light.
