That swimming pool doesn't make sense to me. The space between the patio doors and the swimming pool is too narrow. I would prefer an outdoor seating area surrounded by large potted plants
its a thing you see, Predominantly in Nigeria and Ghananian home videos. These pools are very odd. If they are trying to sell these homes to someone who has lived abroad, they might need to understand how a home is oriented in other places and why. Its should an odd decision. They look like an after thought.
At this price point, it should have built in closets and appliances. Major safety features without balusters. Design is great.

@@Doksimonbeautiful architecture. Ofcourse no one would sell a house without safety going up stairs. So that was not a problem for me, but I didn't see a bathroom for guests visiting.

Where are the railings at the top of the stairs? That is a long drop if you’re not paying attention in the middle of the night. Other than that, this architecture is decent.
Beautiful and unique architecture, but not much in the way of actual functionality. Everything is very narrow with a closed-in feeling (especially the main bedroom balcony. What exactly do the wash/bathrooms look like? We didn't get to see them well. Not enough greenery outdoors with all that concrete/stone paving. It will cause more heat. I did like the lap pool but it also can be improved upon by having more space for lounge chairs. The stairs give a very unfinished feeling as there aren't any type of detailed banisters or railings which is also a hazard, not only for adults, but even more so for anyone with children. Other than that the look is very unique and beautiful.

I’m sorry, but this house, is a safety risk. It’s not child-proof and that swimming pool, is an accident waiting to happen.

What’s really exceptional about this house 😂😂😂…..tiny plot, limited space, no greenery, lack of appliances in kitchen, absence of guarding on the stairs, this is sub par at best.

The architecture is not practical and it does not have good natural light. It looks like a prison box , it would have looked better with proper windows. That pool makes absolutely no sense, there is no space, the cost it takes to maintain a pool you have no space to enjoy; It would have looked better as a garden to entertain in.
