It depends... You you have a virtual mailing address intended just to receive mail or is it a service that allows you to register your business address there as a virtual office (this is usually a higher cost)

You can do that legally, but there is no reason to financially. You can't register a business to a PO Box but your virtual address should be able to receive your mail.
