- Hey guys! So...as many of you know, a HUGE glitch was recently discovered that lets you take the capturable letters anywhere you want to (within reason) in New Donk City! Not only that...you can get some insane hyper speed by merging with the city's taxis. Can we land on the city's three isolated skyscrapers?

Hey guys! Few things:
1.) I did some more testing and while you can escape the death barrier with the hyperspeed launch, you can't land on any of the 3D models in the background. I was able to replicate the jump I did in the video and as soon as I un-captured, the game forced me backwards into the death plane.
2.) This cannot be used in balloon world as the letters don't exist there.
3.) As for how to make the A fly upwards...I'm still a little unsure of this...but I think it has to do with objects the A runs into...so in this video, the fence next to the taxi. You can kinda see it in the Commemorative Park successful jump as well. The I actually gained some height when it ran into one of the outdoor patio chairs.
Please don't patch this Nintendo...

nintendo will most likely patch it, because you can use this for jump rope.
well, that will probably not be that easy to patch... at least, that's what 'I' think.

Yooo. Not a problem, dude! If you want to check out the guy who originally found the Letter Escape Glitch, his twitter link is in the description. Other than that, DannTheMan, DGR, FearsomeFire, Insyde, and I think Adaly Debest also all made videos about the glitch on TH-cam.
Given that you can cheese the jump rope challenge again, I anticipate Nintendo will patch this so I'm trying to play with it as much as I can before it becomes impossible. Easily my new favorite glitch in the entire game ^^.

I really appreciate your comment, thank you! I try my best to be different than folks who simply rinse, recycle, and repeat the same video everyone's already done. This is hands down my favorite glitch now haha.

You can also use this glitch to glitch into any building you want. Can't wait to see wait else is found with this glitch, nice video!

The detail on the bridge and far off buildings is pretty amazing given how you're not supposed to go there.
I knew Nintendo put a TON of effort into making New Donk feel fully-immersive but I didn't think the moving cars and buildings were actual 3D models. It's crazy.

I'm a little worried that Nintendo is going to patch this like they did with the Talkatoo Glitch, but this is absolutely my new favorite glitch in the game. Chain chomp glitch? Cool. Chargin' Chuck infinite height glitch? Cool. Meat skip? Much cooler. Hyperspeed letters?

Nathan Heath This also makes the letters one of my favorite captures tbh. They will probably patch it sadly as it allows players to ,again cheat on the jumprope challenge. Also if you want to you can look at my channel because I uploaded a short video showing how to get the racecar out of bounds. (I swear it's small like 20 secs)

Not...yet. I think I want to hold off on making a Discord as I'm already in too many communities as is and I just don't have the time to monitor my own group haha.
Also, I was literally playing around last night with the RC Car outside of the track. It's unfortunate that you can't unlock the camera but it's wicked cool!

I did this, and, when I pushed the M into the I and became the I, I first flew through one of the buildings on the west side of new Donk city, and then I flew very far away. I was in Assist Mode, so I went back into a bubble, but it popped inside the building I went through! There wasn’t a lot to explore, though
The letter I is most notorious for randomly flying off at any given time lol.

as you can see, the geometry looks simplistic... but if we take the letter A out there, you can see... that there's actually cars driving out here, it's amazing how much work the developers put in to make such a lively environment
to launch yourself another way, do the i glitch, when you capture the i, shake the joy con/ pro controller, and you launched yourself.
