This is exactly why I went for Panama City Beach this was the hotel I went to last week Splash give me so much memories

Going this summer and never been here before. So when we get there first do we park in the parking garage then go get parking pass (I didn’t book thru sterling) then go back and get our luggage? Trying to make this as smooth as possible with 3 children lol
Exactly! Park on the 2nd floor of the garage and walk in. Go past the sterling desk to the other registration desk / "gift shop". 9 times out of 10, Miss Pam (or mama pam as we call her) will be there to greet you with a huge smile!
Now if you want to avoid as much hassle, I would strongly recommend asking the owner if you can check in at noon or before. The problem with Splash however if you're checking in on a Saturday is mostly all rentals in the summer are Sat to Sat, so come 2 or later, there is a rush to get on the elevators and grab luggage carts. So either check in before noonish or wait till 6pm or so when it dies down.
Let me know if you have anymore questions! Oh one last thing, the actual sterling (now vacasa) desk has coupons for shipwreck island waterpark buy one get one free! Save serious cash!.
Another tip lol. At night the garages fill up, so save time and park on either the ground or top floor. Just a heads up, you cant take luggage carts thru the top floor parking garage door.. weird I know lol.
And summer 2022 the arcade will be replaced with a coffee and sandwich shop!
