Hey, I believe at the early state when OpenWrt supports available for the RB750Gr3, the license was lost during the installation. I have a friend who lost the RouterOS license when trying OpenWrt before. That is why the OpenWrt official docs suggest to back up and license, and I do the same.
i'm trying to go back to routerOS but when i do the etherboot it does not appear on the netinstall, it goes to the openwrt boot directly, can you help me?
Nothing I can do. Please read the docs from Mikrotik on how to boot your routerboard into etherboot mode (the timing must be correct and you need to take a look on the LED indicator too)
unrelated question but do you have any thoughts as to why my upload speed is only half when using wifi,i get full upload speed when wiring device to my AP? I have openwrt (hex) with a linksys ac4000 setup in AP mode
I need help with RB2011UiAS-2HnD-In Router. Did everything and device showed, pressed install and nothing happened, device still on ready, then I turned the device off and tried again, this time device doesn't show up in netinstall. Reinstalled and tried 32 bit version, disabled firewall etc, nothing works. What to do? I can still access OpenWrt inside it. SOLUTION: After trying with 32 bit version, disabling firewall and anti-virus programs, nothing worked, I even held the button for about 1 min. What really solved the issue was, I connected the router to a dummy switch and connected the PC to that switch as well. Then the device showed up after the beep sound. Apparently the router just turns off the ethernet port after some inactivity.
Hey, currently the PR for RB3011 support is on-going and I have 1 unit ready for the test. The RB5009 is not my choice (I prefer RB4011 as it is cheaper). But RB5009 is a great choice if you want to a solid RouterOS setup.

Do you have access to console via the TTL pin? If not, try to restore the device to factory boot setting and try with netinstall after that forum.openwrt.org/t/lede-back-to-routeros-rb951g/16988/13

Hi, did you fix that? Just follow normal netinstall guide from Mikrotik and you should be able to go back to stock.

Hi mate, the new best router is mikrotik rb5009 with sfp you can install ubi version also with adron 💪👍 look in OpenWrt 😉

Hi, you can try and play around with virtual MAC interface. Please note that most of the ISP only allow one active PPPoE connection.

Yep, then you can do this with virtual MAC interface. Just need to create it and configure the PPPoE connection with these virtual interfaces.
