No no no! Nothing "Allows" us to carry guns. Not even the constitution. We don't need anything or anyone to "Allow" us to carry guns. We dont need to get permission to do that. The 2nd amendment is a protection against infringement against this god given right. It does not "Give" us permission to do so.

This is the same chief who was actively protecting Noah Ochoa. He’s on camera in Olmos Park saying he was going to beat a woman for filming him beating his dog, saying he was going to kill her, then tried to run her over and a second woman with his car. The OPPD investigating officer said it was the responsibility of the victims to identify him. A journalist published the footage and his family member identified him. The investigating officer got mad at the journalist and did nothing. The journalist did some digging and found out Ochoa’s big sister is SAPD and they’re all protecting him
Good riddance to bad rubbish. This chief was a danger to the public and a liability to the corrupt city council. I can't wait to see him in court!
