Great Tree might be worth looking into for Stage 2 Relicanth decks. It's like rare candy evolving without the downside of missing the stage 1 attacks with Relicanth. So maybe Feraligatr/Munkidori/Mimikyu(Or Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon)/Relicanth can be revisited. It's a lot of moving pieces though and means you can't do the Survival Brace trick with that deck.
Another cracked resource for Raikou is that new supporter Crispin grab a grass and metal from your deck - attach one by the effect of the card and attach the other for turn.
I've been playing generally casually on and off since 2011 and honestly I'm super excited for the future of the game. I know that bigger doesn't nessecarily mean better but just seeing the game grow so much and competition getting even tighter is just cool to witness. Card design also is something I'm really enjoying recently too. Those 2 combined have pulled me in to actually try getting good at the game this season. Putting down my Darkrai V finally for some actual meta stuff haha
Man, Raikou being gone would be devastating. It’s one of my favorite Pokemon. Since this Joltik’s energy acceleration is an attack and not an ability. The quickest for Raikou to attack would be turn 2, right?Which is where it’s at now. If Raikou is gone then jolting would just get used on Electivire. 50 to everything. Look, it’s the most beautiful card in GLC Don’t let this 30HP menace destroy it.
