As a professor myself, I compl agree! I'm sick of being silent at my job and watching all of the radical woke professors get raises and promotions and awards. Meanwhile, I teach my classes without ideology and indoctrination and I consistently have the highest student assessment scores every semester in my entire division and always top 5% of the whole college--- and yet I get nothing. In fact, if anything they try to find ways to push me out because I refuse to cave to their demands
