Hi Collin, when you show Riads you often use the word "Cossive" (this is my spelling, according to what I hear) to describe a kind of 'balcony, sitting area'. Please explain the origins of this word, the proper spelling and what it actually means.

"Coursive", from the French, meaning an internal balcony around a courtyard.

Your staff will cost about 300 euros per month each. Utilities about 300 euros. City tax about 60 euros per month.
