Guys, for Lügen, Best Harp and M1-Vibe, aren't the original presets, because Flake didn't use his Ensoniq ASR in Zeit. The original ones, I believe they are from the Nord Sample Library 2.0. I've selected Best Harp and M1-Vibe because they are the most similar ones to the original that we found. Also, anyone who has a Nord that has access to the Nord Sample Library 2.0, please enter in contact with me.

What's the meaning of "sample" in a music related context? Does it mean that Rammstein uses already made melodies and riffs or they just use the tones and the settings of the curtain sample
Samples are audio snippeds taken from songs, movies or something someone recorded. It all pretty much started in the 80's hip hop scene. For example you can sample drum sounds of a drum set so you can use later in different context. Rammstein often used samples from video games back in the day or from sample packs people created. The melodies are most of the time played on a synthesizer

Or it could be real orchestral harp, since for both albums they had recording sessions with Dresden Orchestra

Из схожего жанра попробуйте KMFDM, Die Krupps и Nine Inch Nails, ну и главный источник влияния большинства современной музыки - Depeche Mode.

Yes, most of those are just synth presets, actual melodies are written either by him or someone else in the band
