I just viewed your Top 5 Surface Pen Tips, well done. Initially I am wanting to enhance my PowerPoint Presentations. Do you have other Tips than the one you told us in your Top 5 related to this specific topic? For example, is there a way while using PP in presenter notes view, of blacking out the screen from your audience, going into multi slide view and hiding a particular slide that you don't want to necessarily show your audience due to time restraints? Again, I would love to know any PP tips.

Hi! Thanks a lot for the informative video. I am not able to see the ink beautification tool as mentioned by you. Is there a way to bring it up? I am using windows 11.
Microsoft deleted the feature! Hopefully they bring it back but for now it's gone

Thank you! You should have a look at my other pen video I just released as it focuses on OneNote and Surface pen if you're interested. The best pen for the Pro 5 is the Surface Pen v4 but pretty much all Surface pens from Pro 3 upward work on any pro

For the second tip is it an extension you use to get the highlighters and pens?
No extensions, it's all just built into the app Drawboard PDF

For note taking like using One note, would you recommend the surface slim pen or the other one for Surface Go?
Purely for charging reasons I would go with the Surface Pen v4. The Slim pen is really nice but you have nowhere to store or charge it with the Go so it'll run out of battery and be easier to lose
@@AldoJames thank you, i tried taking note on my One note using the pen but how can I stop the sensitivity of my task bar when I take notes? I already checked the settings for palm rejection...
what app did you use for PDF annotation?, cant seem to find it now (or the symbol)
The main one I use is called Drawboard PDF, they have recently updated their icon so it would look different to the icon in this vid :)
How do I charge it there isnt a pot and my computer doesn't come equipped with the magnetic charger
I noticed that you connecting your phone as webcam. Does it also work with Surface Pro X? I’ve been trying to use my iPhone as Webcam for my video conferencing ie Zoom or MS Team., but could not manage Surface Pro X to recognize the IPhone. Appreciated your advise /

Hi Pom, I was just using my camera to record video but not for video conferencing in this video.
You can join a teams call with you phone & computer at the same time and choose to have audio, video or both coming from your phone but you can't specifically connect your phone to a pc as a webcam.

Thanks for reply, yes I know about joining both notebook and phone to conf call. I did try a few software like EpocCam, ivCam etc, but they all not supported Surface Pro X. Too bad.

Dear aldo, followed your video, but I have the same pen, however I cannot find how to change the battery to get it to charge, and on the surface pr x , despite other subscribers messages, it doesn't show the battery charge level. Can you please help me?

I can’t find the beautify tool on my new Surface Pro 7 do u know what might be wrong?
Are you using the web or teams version of whiteboard or are have you downloaded the app from the Windows store?

When I write with only my pinky touching the screen, the pen works as a finger. Otherwise in every other case the pen works fine. Is it normal, if not how can I fix it?
That is so strange 😅 Not sure how to fix it but try going into you pen & windows in settings an turning on the option to turn off touch input when the pen is around and see if that helps :)

Does your pro x have a tampered glass screen cover??
I'm trying to purchase just one pen . One I had ended up useless as soon as the tampered glass cover was applied :(
Same, I had a glass screen protector on it but it made the pen and touch less responsive so I took it off

Drawboard PDF refuses to successfully download. I've wasted a lot of time just trying to get it to open.
That’s not good! Have you tried doing a system update and update the Microsoft store to see if it would work?
