FINALLY I found a recipe video for potato chip cookies as I know them, no chocolate chips or butterscotch chips or nuts. All the other vids out there have those. I'm sure they're good, but potato chips should be the star of the show. Sometimes simple is better. Ive always had them like this, nothing extra.
There is a Polish Buffet in Illinois that has been around for decades, and they have these. I just assumed it was a Polish cookie, not sure. Anyhow, thanks for making the pure, authentic version! These are SO good!!! 😋

They are delicious! The first time that I tried one, I remember thinking that you can do just about anything to a shortbread dough. It's ALL too yummy 😋.
Thanks for writing, and happy baking.

I teach cooking classes. When I make videos, I try to anticipate the questions that people may have per my class experience. That you don't need that mrans that you are an accomplished baker!

@@ninainthekitchen1455 I learned to cook and bake at a very early age, from my mother and grandma. I’m 63 years old and I also learned from cookbooks, as there wasn’t all this unnecessary technology . I learned a lot on my own too. Eating something in a restaurant and making it at home..better. So, for example a video that takes 20 minutes to make hard boiled eggs is ridiculous to me. I just won’t watch your videos anymore. Have a great day.
