Since we are talking about lightweight, Tank should fight Shakur in a 16 by 16 foot (18 by 18 foot max) ring, then Shakur wouldn't have the necessary room to run away. Needless to say Shakur would get stopped. Otherwise, no one wants to see Shakur run away from Tank in a 22 by 22 foot ring for 12 rounds.
