I recently went through my emails and unsubscribed to just about everything! It felt so good and continues to be awesome to not have a million emails to delete all the time. Now I just get the important ones. Your content continues to be great, Taylor. I have been finding a lot of it really uninteresting and haven't been watching much except for you.

A lot of people sleep on Arby's classic beef and cheddar sandwich. Also, I love their jalapeño poppers with the bronco berry sauce. SO GOOD.
I do something a little different for goal setting but it works REALLY well. Instead of a mood board I write down everything I want to do more of that year and then I color code them (for example: pink for hobbies, blue for admin like 30 min exercise or ordering my grocery cart, green for financial goals). Each Monday, I sit down and write out my plan for the week in my planner, and I make sure to make sure I have time at least once for every category, and it’s easy to check because it’s color coded. I also only allow myself SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timely) items. Instead of saying “do more hobbies” I will make time for writing my novel, one hour a day, after work). I find this leads to more success because often generic goals like “eat healthy” just end up not happening.

@@Mel__21 Good luck! I find it really satisfying I hope you do too. Make sure you break up longer term goals into as small as bites as you can, it helps to not put things off (because it’s only a tiny thing after all!)
Snow and ice driving: No fast acceleration, no abrupt directional changes (slow turns, but now weaving in and out of traffic or fast lane changes at high speed) no sudden stops. I lived in the Chicago area for > 20 years and fortunately I drove a stick shift when I first moved there (I’m back in Dallas now). Stick shift (manual transmission) allows you more control over how you speed up and decelerate. It was a pain at 16 to learn to drive one, but now I’m so glad. It’s a skill that’s come in handy (I’ve driven rental cars multiple times on the Autobahn in Germany. That rocks!! Good luck!

additional snow/ice safety tip...even if you have an automatic transmission, switch to a lower gear (2, or 1 in hilly terrain), just remember to go back to drive when you're on a clear street. Never brake, turn or attempt to drive too fast. Sounds like you know what to do!) Not a fan of fast food for the most part, but the curly fries at Arby's and if they still have it, the Jamocha shake are fantastic! love your videos, Taylor x
I live in Colorado. Good advice on the driving! I even shift down when coming down the mountains in the summer so my brakes aren’t used as much.

I have been wanting to make my vision board but keep putting it off and I’m literally looking for good hiking boots so thank you for inspiring me to get stuff done and to stop procrastinating. Lost my soulmate 11 months ago and it’s been hard but I’m still going because I know he wouldn’t want me to stop.
A tip for baking salmon is to leave the skin on, that helps to crisp it up. Also, don't cube it, leave it in one piece. That way, it will stay juicy on the inside. Preheat the oven to high, before adding the salmon, then leave it until it reaches the desired level of crisp on the outside. I leave mine for about 30 min. Some will say that's overlooking, but that's my preference. Now, I've never tried this method with a marinade. Obviously, the added moisture might slow down and / or prevent browning on the top, but I can't say for sure, cause I never tried it

100% have started the email declutter. I always say I’m going to do it, but it has been going strong this weekend. I check my emails frequently during the day…over the last couple days…and have unsubscribed to 99% of the ones I receive. I also opened a specific email address for the online stores that ‘need your email to receive the discount code.’ I get the code and it does not go to my main email. The separate email for codes is suuuch a good idea but just curious, for stores that you shop at frequently, do you use that email or your normal email since they'll also be sending order updates and the such. I guess you could just have a designated email for all shopping related activities... hmm, you're inspiring me hahah

*Salty Soup/Sauce Tip - Throw in a few pieces of peeled, raw potato chunks while heating it up on the stove. Cook until potatoes are cooked. The potatoes will absorb the salt from the soup/sauce. Rendering the soup/sauce much less saltier!

The Ugg Adirondack winter boots are amazing! They're fitted to your feet and they have a good tread on the bottom. They're less clunky them Sorels. I don't know if they would be good for snow shoeing but they are amazing and worth the money. I have had mine for 10 years and there are like new and I wear them all the time. My feet always stay warm and dry.
Those Columbia boots with the red laces are incredibly comfortable with no break in. They are waterproof and can be worn with waterproof or thick socks for additional warmth. Highly recommend for all season use

If you wanna try more Arby’s, my go to order is the classic beef and cheddar combo substituting their jalapeño bites for the fries. You MUST make sure you get the berry sauce that comes with the jalapeños! That’s crucial. And I always add Arby’s sauce and horsey sauce to my beef n cheddar. Really good
I have a couple of Sorels and love them. I think they’re snowing boots, not hiking boots. They have a removable wool insert. So warm and water proof.
Have you ever tried qigong? It’s similar to tai chi. Its lower impact than yoga and it’s amazing! I am 34 and I’ve had psoriatic arthritis for the last decade and qigong is one of the few things I can do that doesn’t inflame my neck or my hips. There are a ton of videos on TH-cam for it.
I live in northern Canada and we get TONS of snow. Listening to you talk about watching TH-cam videos about how to drive in snow made me giggle a bit! Be safe out there :)

you will love snowshoeing if you like walking and snow. i'm a hiker, not good on skates or skis, etc.i found cheap AF snowshoes at an REI members only sale, might find some on their outlet. i'd go for any merrell or vasque waterproof hike boot.

Hi Taylor, regarding the hiking boots, I personally like the Columbia hiking boots, and they are fantastic! While they're high-top, not as high-top as the ones in your video, they performed excellently in the snow during my hikes. My feet stayed clean and dry. I highly recommend them! 🥾🥾❤🧡💛
