Well that’s cause she used to work as an interior designer. This would be no different from xqc watching a vid about elementary math if she was forced to partake in something like math 55.
I saw Poki react to all three videos of this tour and there's an interview at the end that is the most bizarre part of the whole thing. I don't know if you watched more on stream, but if you didn't you should. This guy is even crazier than he comes off.
As someone with a mastersdegree in floristry I would like to say that no sane florist would ever style real flowers like that. He has 100% put them in there by himself. And yes, its very clear that they are fake. White roses bruise easily and you would never place them that close to eachother because in 2 days they would turn brown and soggy.
That would explain why he's so proud of them. I bet the staging company had a option for real flowers but he decided he could save money and just put in fake flowers himself.
this looks like the kind of house Jake Paul would rent for a night to flex, completely trash, and then call the owner a hater when he gets pissed and demands Jake pays for the damages
My dad works in HVAC and just laughed at this house. From what he said this house is probably only slightly tolerable to stand in just because of the sheer mass of marble absorbing the heat from the sun. The air con isn’t doing jack, especially with all his “indoor-outdoor flow”. On top of that the design is so multi-leveled and convoluted there are certainly rooms barely getting any airflow. I would imagine the electric would have to be handled by a whole team of pros too. So much excess to make a very hollow, boring, soulless, tacky, awful house that isn’t even nice to be in.
everything i learnt about QTs jobs and skills just impresses me more, like damn, pretty, interior designer, incredible baker and cake decorator, funny ??? the absolute coolest
This is like when you spend a year in creative mode making the most fire house and you show it to your friend when he comes over even though the house has no use
I looked up some stuff about this house and its some of the most absurd shit. The dude took out a ~82 million dollar loan for it, built this incredibly tacky house, and is now facing 110 million dollar loan, with foreclosure looming in a couple months since he can't seem to sell it. Best part is this isn't the first time he did something like this apparently. It bothers me that stooges like this are living the rich life while declaring bankruptcy left and right
Great vid! Would love to see you use your interior decorating background more. You could do like a rate my room with viewers where they send you a pic of their bedroom and you can tell them what you like, dislike and how you'd make it better.
P.S.: I think building projects like these should be forbidden for ethical reasons. Soon there‘ll be another fellow wanting to build an even bigger house. ... and another one, and so on. It’s like competion with mega yachts, cars, jets, armament... What guys like these clearly lack is education. Or has anyone seen a single book, or a bookshelf, or heard a word of appreciation from him for books or any other cultural/intellectual achievements? This whole thing is the peak of wastefulness already just in terms of energy consumption alone for producing the cement used in all the concrete. It‘s totally unecological and - despite of all the ubiquitous making-the-world-a-better-place- and the Murano-glass-“charity“-sculpture-blabla - it’s one of the reasons why planet Earth gradually gets devastated. A recent Oxfam-study states that the upper 1% of the world population, the very wealthy, is responsible for 18% of the gases emitted contributing to global warming and climate change.
Pretty much my reaction when I watched Producer Michael for the first time lol. I was like “this guy’s a JERK” but then I realized he was actually just excited about cool things, not flexing.
Honestly this is how people get who do a lot of coke. They get very sentimental with all of the seratonin, but it really doesnt last. The lows are bad and make you feel just as dejected to the world. So not saying he's not a good guy, but this is how a coke addict acts.
Hey qt, you should watch the video on "822 sarbonne road bel air". Its the only big house that feels actually cozy. They did a really good job with that house I think
Love your input and how you can analyse it. The lines thing about hotels is super interesting. Still feel weird how much empty space there is in between rooms. Also look at them losing their breath from just walking around the house on a house tour lol. And hell no you can't have kids in this house they'll drown in one of the like 7 pools with zero fencing around them. It's a deathtrap for children and drunk people
If you can afford this house I don't think furnishing it will be a problem tbh I think the problem comes when you want to move and now you have 300 couches
I feel like that dude saw only the name royal blue in a catalogue and picked it because it had the word royal in it without actually knowing/caring what it actually looks like
when i joined art high school i had the idea to chose the path of interior design or architecture lmao but now i’m here doing fine arts and sculpture haha ngl i really admire QT’s critical eye and her knowledge in this field

This is very clearly false. Ever heard of Antilla? It's the house of one of if not the richest guy in Asia i.e. Mukesh Ambani which is 400000 sq ft. and estimated cost between 1-2 billion USD

That guy who owned the house really thought, "Hey, you know what this bathroom could use? A breach of privacy."
the bathroom feature that no one asked for.

Even though I kinda disagree with some of her points of view, but I enjoyed understanding her input so much. Def content.
Well that’s cause she used to work as an interior designer. This would be no different from xqc watching a vid about elementary math if she was forced to partake in something like math 55.
I love how everyone comes to the conclusion that this is a house you absolutely get killed in.

Somebody in Ironmouse's chat also made the joke that it looks like a Hitman map.

This was great QT. I really liked your insight
maybe watch part 2 too
I’ve seen a lot of streamers react to this video but QT offered a great perspective from an interior design aspect! Love the content!
Great vid! Would love to see you use your interior decorating background more. You could do like a rate my room with viewers where they send you a pic of their bedroom and you can tell them what you like, dislike and how you'd make it better.
This was really good, please do more!
Michael is wholesome af
Qts interior design knowledge makes the commentary so much more interesting
Yo you should do more of these, the pieces of input about interior decorating are actually really interesting!
i would love more react content of interior design
You should do a marketing Monday type thing but with interior design.
I'd be so down for that
i second this
More react videos like this pls. I really like your take on interior design!
QT should do a "I rate my viewers houses"-video
He had to say Urban world because the largest and the most expensive house "Antillia" is in Mumbai ( next to a slum) .
1:23 thats so funny i said "what even is the urban world?" out loud seconds before she said that
If I would be a millionaire in the future, I would hire qt to decorate my home
I am normally egotistical and would do everything myself...but I would be fine with Cinderella doing the house design
You’re marvelous. Two minutes into the video I knew this deserves to be liked.
