- Hello everyone! Hope you all are doing well. Here are some highlights from a recent volleyball session. Hope you all enjoy this change of pace until I head back to Japan to record indoor content. Stay safe out there!

If you play volleyball, do you play indoor, grass, sandcourt? Which is your favorite?
I play all kinds, but it's only been sand for the past year and a half because that's the only thing that's been open :') my favorite is probably indoor

i play indoor and grass, i prefer indoor by a mile.
Bro indoor is def the best
where i live its cold throw the all the year and since its not hot i like to play on the sand because its soft
“This sport is hard” is so relatable, I went from playing court to playing sand twice a week, its such a different game, more so than you’d expect

Loved the change of pace, very entertaining to watch! Did some beach volleyball with my family recently and can attest it is so hard to move around in the sand, your teammate was very good at continuously getting up and being ready! Have they all played beach ball before?

They all have experience playing but some are new to beach. That was my third time playing on sandcourt. Still trying to get the hang of it.

Was fun to watch! I came from beach but now prefer indoor.
I play volley ball and I have gotten hurt because of falling while catching the ball and I'm shocked when you guys don't get hurt and you vids are awesome ❤

Does the sand bother you guys? I’ve tried playing on a beach before and everytime I went to hit the ball sand would just come flying in my face.
I hate sand. It's coarse, rough, and gets everywhere... I recommend wearing sunglasses, helps prevent getting sand in your eyes. It's also a good act of sportsmanship to wipe the ball before each play that way you won't get sand in your face when you set or hit.

@@NokkunVolleyball Mee too, whats your favourite SW series or movie? Have you read the HP books? I have to watch LoTR and most probably will read them, pretty exited!
@@ValenPecas I love the original trilogy and Rogue One. Also the Mangolorian is great because it's a fresh take compared to the sequel trilogy.
Hey Nukkun your videos are great and i was looking to maybe get a volleyball and i was just wondering what volleyballs do you use/like the best?
The Volleyball I use typically at home is the Mikasa beach champion volleyball which they are using for the Olympic beach volleyball tournament. The indoor balls we use during practices are the Molten 5000 and the Mikasa mva200. Both are really good but also pricey.

@@NokkunVolleyball Man I probably live like 2 hours away from you at most during the summer, I usually stay in Anaheim during that time haha. I'm visiting family in Michigan all this summer though, and then it's back to UCSD for me. So jelly you get to live in Japan for 3/4 of the year, that's the dream innit? Are there any open gyms where you're at? I know in SD they're still all closed down, have been since like March last year.
@@aloysiusdevadanderabercrombie8 I have one year left in Japan and then I'm moving back to Cali for work. I haven't found an indoor court to play in, but at least we have the sand courts. I found some really nice people and hopefully we can find a indoor court to play at in the future.
