mann love your vids! huge love for volleyball been playing volleyball for 2 to 3 years now, my spiking is not that great I would say but my jump serve its doing fantastic, I cant say I can jump but I have power and mindset, lastly I have played middle before I have to work on spiking it down more cause my height is 167cm it went outside the court but love your vids man cant wait for more vids like this!

Hey, beginner volleyball player here! Can someone explain a little about Marco's callouts like when he says left/right seam or floaty left? Thanks!
Hi! As far as I know, left/right seams are to communicate who's responsible for covering the gaps (called seams) between defenders on a serve. Left seams would mean that each defender covers the seam to their left, so if it's between two players, the player on the right moves left to cover it, and vice versa for right seams.
I'm not certain about this, but I think floaty left is a combination of two callouts: floaty, referring to the serve type to better anticipate the motion of the serve (float serves and spin serves drop differently), and left seams.

4 teams per tier. 3 weeks of playing in the tier you are in. If you are at the top of the tier by the end of the 3rd week, you move up. If you are the bottom, you move down
