1. my in-laws are not working , so what ties can i show and what relevant document i can produce for property, fixed deposit and gold?

It is best to provide all required documents as part of your visitor visa application to ensure that the consular officer has all the necessary information to make a decision on your application. However, if you forgot to attach the bank balance certificate but the current balance is mentioned in the CA (Chartered Accountant) Report, it is possible that the consular officer may consider this information as part of their assessment of your financial situation.

If we apply using new ircc portal, file size only is max 2 mb. But, if we combine all docs for applicant and inviter to uoload in FUNDS tab only, they are a lot. How can I upload a pdf containing 25-30 pages in a 2 gb file ?
I will suggest try to reduce file size using online web pages.

I applied visitor visa for my mother which got refused back in 2020 and we had CA report for property which we attach with file in 2020 if I am reapplying visa again can we use same CA report or do we need new one?
As per my understanding you need to get new CA report for Property evaluation.

For visitor visa travel insurance is not mandatory but for super visa it is.

My question is regarding the "Proof Of Relationship" document. I am in process of filling out an application for my parent's visitor visa and I am currently PR.
Now, I have my birth certificate with me but in that my mother's name does not match her passport's name. Should I recreate my birth certificate with the correct name of her?
Secondly, both my parent's passports differ a little bit in name of each other in the column of Husband/Wife's name row in their passports. So can they create an affidavit to mention their different names and can I include that in a supporting document to show their relationship proof?

There is no fixed time but I have seem some our subscriber getting Visitor Visa within a week and some in months. So it totally depends on your overall profile and easiness of your case and visa officer. Provide as many documents you can provide to make it easier for Visa officer

If you dnt have relative then you can apply for Tourist visa in which you are not required to have Invitation letter.

Yes you can, but you need to provide all relevant documents for your family member. Important is how you would show their ties to home country.

Bank balance and assets are one part of the application, there are other things a well visa officer pay for example your family ties to back home. You can watch our video on VIsitor visa Refusal reason on our TH-cam channel. But before you apply again apply GCMS notes (find video on our channel how to apply GCMS notes) to know detailed reason of rejection, once you know reason apply agin.
