I like the idea however if i was you, i would solder only starting point, ending point and corners only. This would allow us to add any component later on easily

I solder without using wire as a track. Sometime I accidentally burn the hole and I have to solder diagonally which it's very hard to do. Is there a technique to do that?
Your technique is great and have very professional look.

Its not recommended to do it without wire, it consumes double the solder amount

Why solder every single joint? Can't you get away with just soldering at each point and the bend?
Lets hope you dont have to rewire anything. You'd have to de-solder every joint.

Poor Design. If you were just to connect IC pins from the base to the headers than why waste so much of PCB space????? You can put the headers next to the IC base.
