Show some respect for Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer. That card was advanced even for it's time. It prevents removal effects by the opponent, using it againt anyone who removes from grave its insta lock. It kills Zombies so fast you wouldn't believe

I started Master Duel with a recreation of the deck I played back in early XYZ era (and it wasn't great then), I've gone through a lot of iterations since then -- no more Momongas, but the Kycoos and Rai-Ohs are safe and sound!
If anyone wants to know the current list I can put it here but I'm still trying to make it better while retaining the core identity of the deck.

Extra Deck in ancillary at best - it's there as a toolbox, not a mainstay.
Let me make this clear: DO NOT USE THIS DECK TO CLIMB. It just won't. For every amazing clip you get like this you'll have 3 where your drytron opponent wins the coin flip and gets 10k of attack and a disco ball after 7 minutes of loitering.
Use this deck to hopefully get one or two hilarious games per day where you hard brick your opponent by forcing them to play like a goat format deck against an actual goat format deck.
@@trdl23 maybe add a meatball primeval being boy and replace ash blossom with more Maxx c. I mean, the deck is already good at stoping floodgates, just balance that with a little anti-summon spawn :)

@@aelspecto Yeah, that's been on the radar for a bit, gotta wait until I get some more crafting stuff. The Ash is more important than Maxx though since I need to shut down repeatable searches asap, floodgates aren't that tough on me
The fact that clips showing eldlich getting screwed over have become so popular shows just how hated that deck is.
I play it and I gotta say it’s over hyped. You’d be surprised how much shit actually ours Eldlich. Fuck I don’t even rub it pure anymore put skull servants in the deck cause why not they’re both zombies.
@@sun332s7 The main reason people hate it (and Drytrons) is because they usually play the "You Can't Play The Game" strategy.
Eldlich done right is a fantastic support archtype for any Zombie deck. Eldlich done meta is cancer.
@@sun332s7 yeah eldlich himself isn't very hard to out. The problem is that most eldlich players run floodgates that are cancer. I only hate the eldlich players that run nothing but traps and 3 golden lord. If you use eldlich because it's nice support to a deck you're running i can totally respect that

I've had so many opponents just give up, despite the fact I had a single eldlixir left and the only cards in my hand were three copies of the wicked avatar.

@@trdl23 Along with the first card in the graveyard, Ghost Destroyer is a really old card so new people to the game would be confused as to what happened. Hence the "What's going on?"

Sad part is that Zombies have a bunch of ways to being back other Zombies from being banished.
Eldlich uses none of them despite overly relying on a single monster.

I remember I was playing Endymions and I used Called by the Grave on 2 Eldich’s. Then I summoned Master Cerberus when his 3rd was on the field and he surrendered knowing what was coming next.
You beat cancer with even worse cancer, big deal.
You know what's the best feeling? Playing Gravekeepers and going first turn Necrovalley against Eldlich. Unless they have an immediate out to Necrovalley, it just turns off almost all of their deck. GKs are actually kind of viable in Master Duel, if only because Necrovalley is such a massive beating to so many of the meta decks.
Royal Tribute is a wonderful feeling
Since the Golden Boy in hand is a counter in itself to Necrovalley, I've found it pretty hard to beat Eldlich when they also play the "discard 1, banish 1 card on field" trap card. That gives them 4-5 non destruction outs.
@@AlexECX you need to invest in the Metaverse (no, not a bot or a meme, the card would bring you another Necrovalley).
@@shis1988 tried it, didn't really like it. I'd rather play more solemn cards or Imperial Tombs than a slow Terraforming that doesn't synergize with GK cards.
I could maybe see it be useful in the full floodgates + card draws necrovalley turbo variant, with minimal GK cards and a low monster count, but honestly I just find that deck boring.
The scariest thing about that card, he's so niche everyone forgets about him, so playing him is always a terrifying surprise

This is the exact same kind of euphoria I had in 1 of my duel against Eldlich, by using Invocation to banish their Eldlich for my Mechaba, after said braindead player tributed the Eldlich for Golden Land Forever, thinking they can negate a fusion spell under Magical Meltdown.
Sometimes people kinda forget Meltdown has other effects besides "let you search Aleister goes brr brr".
You're playing Alestair, nobody cares about how accomplished you feel with beating Eldlich.

I did something like this 2 days ago with a old school remove from play deck. He summoned two eldrich and hit me directly for 3500 right into a tempest inferno which then led into 3 necrofaces. When it came my turn I simply passed and he died from decking out.
Feels good to shit on the meta slaves with "boomer" cards.
This is why Shiranui Eldlich us the superior way to go. You don't just lose to Karma Cut Duel Links style

I had a very long and drawn out duel vs eldlich with my Mekk-knights but they had every floodgate at their disposal. I won by normal summoning and using a 2000 attack beatstick on one of his weak monsters. A shame he couldn't negate a normal summon.
Last time I face Eldlich Player and he surrendered in turn 2 as he activate Eldlich's hand effect, but negate bc of Abyss Actor Field. I play Abyss Actor Deck against him.

I've beaten a few with witchcraftrs. Skilldrain? Nah fam send that garbage back to the hand so next time it's placed, I just chain destroy it.

@@sun332s7 Through Witchcrafter Aruru. Aruru's effect is if a Witchcrafter is trageted for an attack or card effect, you can return one card your opponent controls or 1 Witchcrafter spell from your graveyard to the hand. (This activates on your hand so it isn't affected by skill drain)
Side note: You can also use Witchcrafter Draping which can return a spell/trap back to the hand.

That's why I keep a DD Burial because I've had my Eldliches banished before. Since they're the only monster I keep in the deck, it's paramount

I also tried doing this using sky striker. That was the time shark cannon was the actual mvp. Got lucky he didn't draw imperial order and they look so helpless after that lol

a guy did this to me, using a shaddoll card that banishes stuff from the graveyard. He banished my three normal insects from my giant ballpark.
That makes sense it’s best to have a card or many cards in your deck that banishes your opponents’ cards like edliches or blue eyes cards

LMAO I finally defeated an Eldlich user using my Armed Dragon Thunder deck! I'm so happy I'm about to cry 😭.
My deck doesn't have any way to banish those filthy Eldlich monsters, so I just kept increasing the attack of my Armed Dragons until, well... until I destroyed the 3 Eldlich over and over.
I thought he gonna Karma Cut the last Eldlich on board (thus banishing the other 2 in GY). You know, Duel Links style.

Accidental synergy: necroface is a zombie that returns all banished cards to the deck. Late enough in the game and you refill the deck playing eldlich.
