      I agree, best in class, weight and power ratio.

    Congrats. I bought the bike when it first came out in 2020 and I still have it, and love it more every time I ride it. Yeah there are some minor issues like most all bikes have, but it's a damn good machine. It just doesn't get old!

      Did you find a Tail rack that works without hiding the tail/brake light ?

  • @simulacrae
    @simulacrae ปีที่แล้ว +5

    You learned that ABS and TC are good things to have but did you also learn not to tailgate? A minimum of three seconds to the vehicle up front is advisable.

    I highly recommend the Fuel X lite. It makes the low end better and is supposed to run cooler. It is 20f so I have only done a little riding with it, but it was instantly better

    Love the colors on that model. I got a 2021 because of delays with 2022 model, so missed out on that sweet blue!

      Aww, I hate when that happens. but these times have unreliable delivery times. My dealer had this on "Not Set-Up" on the floor... I had to wait 3 days, he tempted me to ride off on the bike i took the test ride on. I am glad I waited. I know as time passes custom decals will take over :)

      It is adjustable standard here. Check if you have the rotating things on top of the suspension bars.

    Does your 390 Adventure stay running on the first try, or does it take a couple times? Just wondering cause mine has been having difficulty staying started on the first try ever since I bought it new from the dealer. Prior to getting the 2022 KTM 390 Adventure, I had a 2019 KTM 390 Duke which started always and stayed running on the first try even with 12,000 miles and the original battery.

    • @juandelpuerto6545
      @juandelpuerto6545 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Your need to check the start engine. I have the same KTM and start on the first try always

    • @sumtingwong4693
      @sumtingwong4693 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Turn the switch on and give the fuel pump time to prime the line before starting. Stopped mine from having that issue.

    I just bought one a month ago. How are you liking the back rack self installed mount? I may buy it but india is far to return if i don't like it.
    Appreciate the help for accessories, exactly what i needed.

    • @snowflaketrader
      @snowflaketrader  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks Weston. The back rack is made up of strong material and I love the fact that I didn't have to remove the OEM grab handles. It has enough slits to get your Tie straps through in various combinations. I did have to buy taller Bolts to replace the OEM ones, to compensate for increased height. They were $2 at Home depot. I just put out a video of a Tail bag attached to the BackRack, check it out for reference. You may see it is adequate for my use. I received the part in 3 days once shipped.

    • @snowflaketrader
      @snowflaketrader  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      If you are Ok with stopping on one leg. It's still may be tall for you. It has a wider seat that makes the useful inseam length shorter, practically. I am almost flatfooting with bike loaded. I am hoping in few months the suspention will become a flex and fit me perfect. I am slightly over 5'10'' with a 30-31 inseam

    BTW a concern I have with bag racks that extend over the rear light like a baseball hat is that a taller vehicle wouldn't be able to see your brake lights. And getting rear-ended on a bike isn't fun. Ask me how I know.

    • @jokepie
      @jokepie ปีที่แล้ว

      I agree, I will test the bag rack with bag on to see if the lights are visible. Without the bag, light was bright and seemed visible. This rack is small for that matter.

    Now, how about going and taking it for a ride, rather than spending how many hours making this video to tell us about your new toy. I can tell that you haven't rode it much by the lack of wear on the tires. You can see the little pins left over when they molded the tires.
