I recommend building up chest with bench press to a point where you are able to do push ups with no problems. I couldn’t do any push ups but could bench press with the bar. Started getting stronger and I applied progressive overload. After a month or so, I could do 30 kg and 12 push ups. Bench press is your best friend for strength and size gains

If you're a teenager with a skinny chest, it's okay, you look fine. If you wanna build for your own sake though, just remember that your results won't even come close to this guy's a your age. Please, for your own mental health, don't expect these results at your age. You've got many years to get there, so take it easy and remember, any progress is good progress, and be supportive of yourself. The body building journey is a long slow burn, so lift healthily. @@airyshark324 After the initial newbie gains stage, bulking becomes a little slower, but more importantly, teenagers really need to know that their gains won't look like fitness influencers at their age. Not telling them that gives them unrealistic expectations, and causes unneeded disappointment and anxiety when they don't see that much progress.

A word of caution!! I got motivated to build my chest using more calisthenics like these and incorporated them into my routine...after about a month of doing them semi-regularly I developed a very painful upper cross syndrome...I took talking to an expert in kinesiology to realize that the intensity of these workouts are indeed helpful in building muscle, but also can easily cause skeletal-posture unbalance...problem solved by incorporating more stretches and more back workouts...anyway, hope that helps
Yeah I got the same problem. I never worked my back or pulling muscles in calisthenics due to the lack of a pull-up bar, so I just did push-ups and Chest workouts a lot and I developed a postural imbalance and Scapular Winging due to the thoracic spine being thrown off balance. It's a lot to process.

Top tip, don’t train lower chest too much as it grows really well naturally compared to upper and mid chest. If u train it more than the others then you end up having a saggy chest so make sure to do a variety of chest exercises and do upper chest exercises more than lower ones

ur gonn have a good looking physique by the time u can do 4 sets of each one of those dnt worry hahaha..
3-4 sets of normal, good form push ups a day is enough to build up strength. Do like half the max amount of pushups you can do in each set. If you cant do 5 normal pushups then practice with the decline or incline ones first. If you can hit 5 reps then do 5 reps each set.
Just regress, try on the knees with full range of motion. If you can’t do that, try negatives on your knees then cobra up.
First of all do 3 sets of 35-50 wall pushups
Once you can instead of a wall use a railing or chair
Once you can do that too do kneww pushups once that's done as well then do normal pushups and then when you are used to it you can do these variations
Don't skip them because 10 normal pushups or 50 wall push ups
The wall push up gives you more gains you gotta do the appropriate exercise little by little before you reach there
There are easier alternatives that you can do first before going into the harder/more advanced exercises. Start small
