This series has influenced me to explore my areas gyms. I went somewhere the other day thought the pec dec was gonna rip my shoulders out of my socket. The low row made me feel like I was in pumping iron. The owner warned me if I stepped too far out of the midline on the cable cross it would topple over. At one point she opened a door and 10 little dogs started running around the gym. And guess what it was one of the best experiences of my life with a succulent pump to boot
JUST moved into a gym that has a lot of the same Icarian/cybex stuff and the nice red carpet with the sick posing room mirrors. I'm so incredibly happy to find something with that old school equipment and free weights that had been lacking from my last two places. It's an absolute mentality changer. Not like I didn't work hard before, but it feels like I'm stepping back into the mid 90s and you get this incredible RUSH. It's bliss.
I feel like you should ask Vinnie mac to turn this into a full roadtrip show for the WWE network or peacock or whatever. Shit id subscribe again to see something like that.
This is actually a fantastic idea, and put in little challenges like "we re gonna visit the X gym and try to bench X pounds and then eat X many burgers at the local restaurant".

Your replied to be and you did sound annoyed. I wanted to give my apologies, for everyone else a comment is just no big deal, but to the people making the content? It means alot, so I am sorry for saying something hurtful on one of your earlier videos, probably 5/6 or so years back now. I have loved every single video I have seen of yours. You speak facts and are incredibly knowledgeable and you have taught yourself that knowledge through hard experience. I can tell how in-tune with your body you are, and your passion for lifting and exercising is captivating and contagious. Thank you, you genuinely make amazing content. Not a youtuber that compares to you. You are in your own category and league.
I lift at a really cool gym in Michigan. It has many of these interesting machines or had them before they were phased out for new ones. We still have a cable preacher curl, which I use regularly! The owner is a former multiple time Mr. Michigan with a lot of great, old school insight. Love living 3 blocks away from it. Feel blessed!
Once in a gym in Whistler, BC, Canada was like any other gym I seen before ALL of the machine worked on air pressure. Never seen anything like it ever again. Was safe for your joints because at anytime you could drop the air pressure and weight would go to zero.

Thats how we used to do triceps extensions in prison. We leaned a folding chair back and roped the water bags with a spotter to get it up to you and back down. Brutal gains. Just brutal. Be careful though and keep your elbows in
I always looks for urine stained carpet when I walk into a new gym. If I find urine stained carpet than I know I’m gonna get good pump. It’s all about the pump and the urine stained carpets. First I get the pump…than I piss all over the carpet.

Beautiful gym - lots and lots of options, so many different machines - you’re not stuck doing the same workouts over and over.
This is the gym I wanna go to. Zero distractions and zero bs. If I were to have a gym it’d look something like this I hope. Call it heavy metal.

This is a great idea. Interview the gym owners, get their story. Maybe bring some WWE stars along as guests to work out. So many possibilities
