    After a year I sold one sticker, so you are doing quite well, relatively speaking.

    My third year and 4000 designs I made about $350 and sold as many items as I did the first two years combined and was steadily growing but then the algorithm ( I assume ) suspended my account for unknown reasons so I will never see a return on all my hard work not to mention the time it will take to scrub my social media and videos of any Redbubble links or content. What a nightmare. Anyway, thanks for the video.

      Assuming 20 minutes per design, it took 1,333 hours to create. So 26c/hour. But realistically, you probably spent more time than that (contemplating ideas, finding reference, etc). So you got paid around 20c/hour. Honestly, you could've spent those hours working at McDonalds and made $15,000-20,000.
      I was thinking about getting on Redbubble myself but then I heard 10%... please, it's like working for free.

      @@anonymouse527 I was just at a point where I was going to do the minimal upload and hope with my sales increasing organically over time I might have recouped more for my efforts but it's all a wash now.
      Plus everyone like me who was removed from the platform for having too many designs so that they could reduce server costs they also kept everyone's final payment which with enough people banned even small amounts on each account would add up to be big money and into who's pocket did our final payments go?
      Anyway, I am now ANTI-RedBubble and will work against the company and its affiliates.

      Hi, I was just banned from Amazon, now I'm trying on etsy, redbubble and teepublic. I had been working at Amazon for almost a year, with 700 designs and 42,000 products, with one click poof, everything disappeared, I earned around 300-400 euros per month, Now I have to start all over again, let's hope for the best.

    I would put more emphasis on social media. To get customers they need to know about your store.

    I think you might want to change your tags to longer form ones eg: instead of “Hat” put “Rick roll hat” , which is likely has less competition in that tag

    I've been goin through different videos about selling online on etsy and redbubble. Thank you for this honest video. The rest of the videos I find had to believe - like somebody making over 10k or earning 100K+. Some accounts were suspended which I will never understand why these platforms would do that. SO my conclusion is tall poppy syndrome. You get a little bit more money and they cut you right off. Doesnt matter the reason.

      Thank you for the appreciation! I wanted to be completely honest with how much I made even though the amount, compared to some other people, was very little. I hoped to show the reality of posting on Redbubble without the complete intent of making thousands of dollars in a short amount of time!

    Hi, thanks for the video, i have a question. Do you know something about copyright? I read rules in redbubble, but i see a lot of products inspired from games and comics.. how is possible? i wanto to make original art inspired from games but i don't know if i can do it or not..

    • @Nova_Quinn
      @Nova_Quinn  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello! I myself have had a sticker or two taken down because of copyright, so now I try to just stick with original designs. I'm not too sure how much you can use another companies designs and such so I would look into that more, even if you plan to do your own original art based off of the games and comics. I hope this helps!

    Those are many Sales for 18 Designs..also beeing 6 years on this business your Designs are poor quality to be honest so i wounder how did you made that many Sales(maybe because they are cheap). I would more focus to sell on other products also try to find your own style....good luck
