I got a new planner recently, Plum Paper, and I love it but it is a learning curve when trying to plan with something different than you're used to. I'm glad you are vaccinated! I get #2 on Friday. I am nervous about those pesky side effects but it is worth it. Glad you're feeling better!
I’m really dreading my second shot (due in April), I had 6 weeks of quite severe pain in my arm after the 1st one, so that’s why I’m dreading it! I am so looking forward to going out and life gaining some normality again though. Love your spread and the planer layout xxx💕
It’s about listening to your body and eating when and what you want/need. There’s a lot of books about it but the main one is called “Intuitive Eating”. It’s been really helpful so far!
It is a bit smaller, which has really been perfect for me lately! I'm finding I don't need all that room right now. I may go back to something bigger in the future, but it's working so well for my everyday planning.
I’m getting my second dose tomorrow and I’m so anxious. I know the benefits and all but it just sucks signing up to know you’ll feel like trash for a few days. The anticipation is the worst. Anyway, I hope you’re feeling 100% again and I love the spread and video!
I felt the same way! Luckily, it’s a short time period. Mine was about 36 hours. There was a time in the middle that was pretty rough but other than that I was just really tired.

My husband & I got out Johnson & Johnson COVID shots Friday. I was fine but he was going THROUGH IT Friday night & Saturday. We both feel it was worth it for all the reasons. We are very much looking forward to being able to experience life like before before March 2020.
What are you doing for your 15 minutes of Intuitive eating learning? I have a nutritionist who's been helping me get started with it, but next week is my last session with her and I want to keep learning and moving toward intuitiveness in all aspects of my life.
It kind of depends on what I’m feeling that day. Sometimes it’s a podcast, reading, watching a TH-cam video, scrolling through some hashtags on IG, etc. I go with whatever I want/need that day. I also like to mix it up and keep it fresh so it’s usually different every day.
The only plans i have had is pt which i started last week ...My plans are either dr appts or pt sense i still cant do much so i just write down the you tube videos i wanna see to fill up my planner .

I was nervous too, but luckily it only lasts a day or two!

I’ve had both my shots and had no reactions to either except a sore arm. This spread is so pretty. What exactly is intuitive eating? Blessings.
