I have tried to get away from the vegetable/canola oils for frying. I figured if I am going to fry, why not use cleaner oils! Thanks for watching and thank you for your support.
I’ve been wanting some fried Turkey for the last last so I went to the grocery store and I got the family size pack. My only issue is that I had was those no one is in the meat department so I can’t get them cut 2-3in pieces. So I have just finished cleaning them. I have them ready to preboil. I will let you know the outcome
@@WhatchaCookinGlenda Hey hun I have no left overs. They were absolutely delicious once I added them to my homemade gravy the fried Turkey fall off the bone. I may cook these once a month for now one.

Hey Mrs. H. I have not tried a different mustard. I suppose it would work with a brown mustard but I don't think a grain mustard would work due to the thickness of it. The yellow mustard seems to be a bit more tangy than brown and serves as a wetness for the flour to adhere to better. I hope this answers your questions.
WooHoo my girl is back in her kitchen❤️❤️❤️… I’m going to have to try this. All that was missing was our nephew Curtis face and his taste test😂🤣😂…Good to see y’all back!

@@dance27lp and please forgive me because the more I think about your method, I would mix them up again after they come out of the fridge with mustard because you don't want the mustard to dry out. Also let them come back to room temperature before frying....if frying is what you are doing.

Would it be good to boil the turkey n marinate w mustard n seasoning overnight n fry next day?
Hi. Yes it would be fine I suppose since it's cooked already with the boil.
Thank you! Going to try this. Just trying to prepare and find easiest way to not be too overwhelmed on thanksgiving day
@@dance27lp I completely understand. I hope it all works out for you. I am going to prepare at least 2 days in advance.

How long to fry on each side
Until it's golden brown. It also depends on your stove and how high you have the heat. Maybe 2-5 minutes....it just depends. Thanks for watching
Music too loud and distracting. Looks like a good recipe!
Thanks for watching.
I’m going to fry the whole turkey
YAAAAASSSSSS do ya thang!
The only issue i see is she's cooking them to quick and to high, u cook turkey legs slower than u would fried chicken.
Hey Tone! I would be inclined to agree with you. This was my first time cooking them. Thank you for that and for watching
Why play the music so loud?
Hi Geraldine. Thanks for watching. This video is one we tried to adjust but couldn't. We apologize
