South Indian food Taste and dishes differ from that of North India. Our India is very diverse, colourful and unique. But idli and dosas are our South food eaten all over India but the making and the real taste of these can be experienced only in Karnataka and South. In North India paratha, bature and rotis are staple in breakfast.

Totally unhealthy becz they are pouring the batter on cloth not the leaf pocket it would have been perfect if they would have washed the organic leaf pockets n poured the batter n then steamed them and after each steaming session they should have given those leaf pockets to the consumers harsh truth is they don't have that much budget n neither the foodies ask for that much perfection sad reality Poori is served with saagu (thick spicy aromatic curry ) but these people have made it worst by serving it in alugadde huli saru (a type of South Indian curry with zero aromatic spices ) which doesn't match with poori Uffho it's not gol Vada it's koodu bale (two ends attached bangle) When did idli became itli😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 It's not chiplu it's chiblu
